Question about Outlook Express

My hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been blocked after it was hacked, and I have filled in the online form 4 times to recover my account. Was declined due to lack of sufficient information to prove its my account. I have used the same email address for more than 12 years!  It's been very frustrating not able to recover my account and gain access to my own email account!  And someone from Microsoft china even send me an email to say I should apply for a new email account for my convenience! I am NOT gonna give up on my email account! 

Could someone, a real person, from Microsoft, assess my situation, and help me " prove" my email account belongs to me and help me get it back please. 

I have more than sufficient information I am able to provide to prove that email account is mine. 

Please don't ask me to fill in the same form again online. It's not working! I need to talk to a real person!
