Hi - my daughter is locked out of her email account, having forgotten the password. She's filled in the account recovery form several times but never to your satisfaction. The first time (I think) she did this she was given a ref nr 79812417. Could you look into this? I do have some emails from her in my own email box if that helps establish ownership.

error after save as wmv …

Hi,i already edit everything inside that video by windows live movie maker,but after i save as wmv as per follow "how to save" then when i close all app and play the wmv video that save in my computer cant play proper / complete as play in that movie maker ... its just play audio only,other that i have edit all gone...blank with audio only....so how???

on Internet explore msn Outlook does not work, why?

Outlook opens from MSN but all I can see is the list of emails.  Can't click to open anything IT'S STUCK - no forward, delete, all blank at the top bar.  How can I get this to work after years of using hotmail, outlook and 20 year customer of paid MSN account?  

Have already tried "status.msn." it does not do anything.  Please answer with another solution, it's four days already. Thanks!

I keep getting this error message and when I get an email the live blue link is not working it comes up that I need to install a programme to make it active also I was on MSM messenger and got to all my emails throught that and try to syc that email account with my new account but I have lost all my contacts from that account can any one thell me why also messanger is not working at all now even if I click on the icon HELP me befor I go mad

My hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been blocked after it was hacked, and I have filled in the online form 4 times to recover my account. Was declined due to lack of sufficient information to prove its my account. I have used the same email address for more than 12 years!  It's been very frustrating not able to recover my account and gain access to my own email account!  And someone from Microsoft china even send me an email to say I should apply for a new email account for my convenience! I am NOT gonna give up on my email account! 
Could someone, a real person, from Microsoft, assess my situation, and help me " prove" my email account belongs to me and help me get it back please. 
I have more than sufficient information I am able to provide to prove that email account is mine. 
Please don't ask me to fill in the same form again online. It's not working! I need to talk to a real person! 
Please help me out !
