Unable to setup email forwarding

I have run through this process several times and I was successful. Now I am not able to do it from any of my new accounts.

I create a new email address on my domain hosted by Outlook.com email. I log into the new account and I click on More Mail Settings button. I click on Email Forwarding. It wants to verify me so I type in my cell number and country. I check the agree to terms check box. I press Verify. I get the error message:

"Sorry, we can't do this right now.  Please try again later."

I have been attempting to do this for about a month now at random times without success.

Please help!

Everytime I try to forward or send a message with 6 plus pictures or whatever as attachments, I get the following "You can only have 5 attachments. Please remove some files and try again." This is frustrating as all get out. I have outlook mail. Any solution

how do I make the display words in Outlook.com darker?

The text displayed on my Outlook Screen is very light grey and I would like to make it darker but I can not figure out how to do this?

Can’t get emails on my iphone

Since yesterday morning I can get e mails on my iphone.

It keeps saying connect to server failed.

Whats going on?

How can I fix this?

My microsoft always tell me my passward is wrong. It’s not..how can it be fixed?

you ALWAYS TELL ME MY PASSWARD IS WRONG..THEN I FIX IT AND YOU STILL TELL ME ITS WRONG..I HAVE CHANGED IT SO MANY TIMES FOR YOU, NOW IM HAVING PROBLEMS ON MY CEL PHONE..

When attempting to log into my Outlook mail account it is telling we with a splash screen "We dont mean to be ove rprotective but" then varify your account with a code sent to your phone or email. is this legit?

I cannot send any emails out of my live.com account

I cannot send any emails out of my live.com account and get an error code that says "User name for SMPT (my account) @smpt.live.com is incorrect." I can use my account and password to sign into this community. I am using my iPhone and iPad and my computer to attempt sending the emails from. None work. This all started yesterday. I was able to change my password a couple times and know that it works as I am signed into this. 

lost/ not received emails

since having a problem of access to my hotmail emails yesterday 14th aug 13 i now have no older emails than those i have received today. Where has my previous emails gone?. i have also been asked by some people if i have received emails they have sent me on tuesday 14th aug, which i have not. These people have again sent the emails and they still have not arrived. i have checked they have correct address etc. they say thay have not received the emails back. please explain
