I have been licked out of my email for months...have tried every option given to me and still have not been able to gain access...this is an alternate account I have created to get some help..and from a human would be nice.
Hi, I cant log into my account. It tells me "It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you – and only you – get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours"

I hit next, choose sene email and i keep getting the following message "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.". I spoke to xbox support a few times and they said its a problem in the back of my account and they cannot fix it. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now and am getting sick of Microsoft as no one seems to be able to help me.

Help!!!!

Skydrive has erased some of my files sometime between August 11 and August 14th. They are not in the recycle bin. They seem to have totally disappeared without me doing anything.

Any suggestions in recovering these files??

Thank you

i would like to see my status updates as one of my friends has commented on one of my statuses but i am not aware of which one, how do i look at my status updates on the new outlook? is there another software that you could refer me to that would allow me to see my statuses and all the comments made on it.

I was using my hotmail account on 14 AUG 2013 and all of my inbox messages (19 of them) were automatically deleted for some reason.  I tried to restore deleted files but they were not there when I did this.  Outlook just took the messages away for some reason and I was saving those emails in my inbox.  Some of the messages were from back in 2005 and I was keeping them in my inbox.  Why would these messages just disappear from my inbox.  Is there any way that I can retrieve them?  I also use my hotmail account regularly so they were not deleted due to inactivity.  Please help me retrieve my 19 emails that I wanted to keep but Outlook automatically took them away.  Is there a current problem going on with Outlook and perhaps the messages will be restored at a later date?  Please help me if you can.

How to search a whole workbook on excel's web app in sky drive? You can do control find

Is there a way to change it in skydrive?

I use Outlook to send/receive emails from my other account (which I've had for the last 13 years) and have not been able to do so since Monday. This has never happened before. I have been using Outlook for a couple of weeks only, I don't understand what is going on and why. Can anyone help please?

I have noticed that On Internet Explorer 11 Preview that On outlook.com the calendar does not scroll like it used to, and does on chrome and firefox with the mouse wheel.

Why is this and is it a bug?

I have an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) synced with my Hotmail account.  Most of my contact information is saved in my Hotmail account, and all this information syncs with the contacts on my phone.  Yesterday when the problems started with the various Microsoft services I noticed that none of this contact information was available on my phone anymore and that the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync icons next to each synced contact had disappeared.  Today all the information has returned to my phone, so I assume Microsoft has made progress in fixing the problem.  But I was very surprised that when there was a problem with a cloud service from Microsoft, it apparently means all the synced contact information just disappears from my phone!  I understand that the actual synchronization process may not work while the could service is down, but I don't understand why the information would be gone from my phone.  Shouldn't all this contact information be saved locally on my phone so that I can always access it even when outlook.com and related services aren't functioning properly?

I also use the Windows Live Mail desktop program, which also has contact information synced with my Hotmail account.  Despite the problems with the Microsoft services, all my contact information remained on my computer, as expected.  So it was only on my phone where all the information disappeared.  So I don't know if this is an Android problem or a Microsoft problem or some combination.

How can I make sure that all my contact information stays on my phone, even when there is a problem with Microsoft's cloud services, but that the contact information will also continue to sync with my Hotmail account when the cloud services are working properly?
