Question about Outlook Express

I am unable to use my outlook account at all really. I am currently looking for work and I am trying to open mails with attachments from potential employers. When will this be fixed?

  Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now,

Hi I have recently bought a privacy program for my internet from ( private internet access dot com)

with in 5 minutes of setting up this program on my computer, I am now blocked from accessing my emails, I have tried EVERYTHING SUGGESTED ABOVE AND ALL RELATING POSTS, I tried different computers, different browsers, my desktop, my laptop, my mobile phone, EVERYTHING WILL NOT LOG IN TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT,  I have cleared the cache, cleared the browser history, I have tried the optimum browser settings for outlook, I have tried the auto fix programs from microsoft, I have tried windows mail, NOTHING will let me log in, I have been blocked by your servers, it has nothing to do with my computers or phone, I need these accounts unblocked and the problems resolved immediately, these two accounts are tied to my business and I am now unable to access them at all. can you please have your experts unblock these for me, I have uninstalled all of the software and programs that came with the privacy software, can you please help !!! the two accounts I have are :   *** Email address is removed for privacy ***     and    *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

well on my ipod my default mail is Hotmail well wen I strted having issues I lost my contacts and the emails aren't showing up in the mail app now I am told to get my contacts back I need to import my contacts to a v-card and then import it from tht to icloud.com to add it to my contacts and save it now how I do this im not sure I see a import files in the contacts but I don't see the option to import to v-card I would much appretiate the help and getting my contacts back

I lost my inbox all folders and emails lost please help me
