Getting connection to server failed on iPhone. How to reconnect?

After Outlook went down yesterday and the day before, I was not able to connect via my iPhone. Now that all the issues seem to be resolved as stated on the status.live.com page, I still cannot connect and I get an error: Connection to server failed. How to re-connect hotmail on my iPhone and to sync it???

Can’t Upload Photos to SkyDrive

Hello,

 

I own a Nokia Lumia 920 and I'm having a few problems regarding my SkyDrive account.

 

I've been told on this forum that my account went inactive, therefore all of the photos that were stored there are gone. I was also told that I automatically reactivated the account by entering into it.

 

Although, I still can't upload photos from my phone to the SkyDrive. Every time I try to upload a photo, an error appears: "Couldn't upload. Tap to retry". No matter how many times I retry - the photos won't upload. In addition, all of my SkyDrive albums on the photos app on my phone are empty, and an error appears: "We can't update albums at the moment".

 

I checked the auto-upload setting on my phone and it's set to auto-upload all the photos.

 

Are you familiar with this problem? Is there a solution to it?

Lost all emails when switched to outlook

It's been awhile since I've used my hotmail account and when I logged in today I was 'introduced' to the new outlook.  I logged in with no problems and all my emails are gone.  completely.  My contacts seem to be there but no emails. I wasn't asked any questions, no pop ups happened - I just logged in as normal to a completely empy in box.  How can I get my emails back.

On 8/14/13, I was reading a message, when all messages from all of my outlook.com account on MS Surface disappeared. I can still see old messages on iphone.  New messages show up on iPhone but not in Outlook on my Surface Pro.

Outlook is asking for added security to access my account. I provide my cell phone number to have a verification code sent to it, so i can gain access but after 6 tries, i still dont have a code to my phone?  How can i get access to my account?

I am a Xbox live goldmember and want to redeem the free game Lost Planet 2.

When I click on the game at http://marketplace.xbox.com/de-DE/Product/LOST-PLANET-2/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802434307ed and click on download to Xbox, it says confirm purchase and shows  price of 20€.

How do I download it for free?
