I have accessed my hotmail on my Kindle Fire HD since Christmas but now all of a sudden I get no messages and an error code saying it can't connect to the hotmail server. When will this be fixed?

Over the last week I have been unable to login to my Outlook account without it taking 2-4 tries. 
And once I finally do get on to my account, I'm unable to delete, open, or send emails:
My cache has been cleared, I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and have had no internet connection problems, nor issues with logging in to any other website. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Is there a way to get my email account back? I tried to access it, but it says it does not exist :(
I can send, but not receive Emails.
Simply unacceptable for this to continue for 5 days!!
Account Shown "Blocked" I have tried to reset my password at Account.live.com that didn't work so I was refered to post on the forum by a Microsoft agent.
