Not to be able to compose a new mail, or send/reply/forward the mails. No problem receiving and opening the mails. It was ok yesterday, but not today. I rebooted the PC several times in vain. I sent this question from my husband's PC with my Hotmail account.

Still can not sync Hotmail to my iphone or ipad for the calendar entries
Recently I have been unable to access my hotmail account on my iPad. It keeps trying to connect and eventually I get a message saying "connection to the server failed". This is happening only on my iPad. I am having no problem with getting access to my gmail account. Any thoughts?
I have no problem accessing the account on my desktop or laptop!
As far as I can see Outlook.com does not support IMAP yet.
Is there a way to set up an Outlook.com account in Outlook2011 using exchange instead?

I have an email account which i used to register for a site and I need to access it for a contest, but I've forgotten part of the password. I know the words used in it, but have forgotten the numbers. I kept trying different variations of it but it resulted
in the sign in being blocked for too many failed log ins. I'm using a different email right now to post this as I can't access that account at all, nor can I even reset it as I forgot the answer to my security question

I plan on closing my live.com account and switching to a outlook.com account.... All my programs and my Windows 8 PC is registered with the new outlook.com account including Office 365 (upgraded from 2010). I want to move my OLD emails from the live
