Hi, my creditcard is showing "MSFT *ONLINE" on a payment.
I don't know for what it is.
Is there somewhere a site at MS where you can check the details of a payment?

My current primary alias is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (a non-Outlook.com account). I would like to change my primary alias to another of my aliases, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I have two questions:
- This feature appears to be different from the 'renaming' feature that has been available up until now. Is that right? Does it mean that I may not have to hard reset my Windows Phone 8 anymore?
- I cannot change the primary alias as described above, because I receive the error, 'We were unable to make *** Email address is removed for privacy *** your primary alias. Please try again later.'

Hi,
Emails that I send from my business email domain to Hotmail/outlook.com addresses always end up in the recipients junk email folder, despite the emails being legitimate. Therefore I am losing business because they think I am not replying.
I have read the article at https://blu176.mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx - and everything at my side appears to be setup correctly, eg the SPF record etc.
How can I stop the emails going into the junk folder?

i received an email on my alternate email that my someone have changed my outlook.com password.
I have not login to that account for many months. And it was only used for some game account. I tried to do a password recovery and the email was something *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Even the phone number for one time code have been changed. The secret question have alos been changed.
I don't usually login to this account, so chances of a keylogger is minute. I believe this have been hacked into Microsoft domain.
The process of anwering the questionaire doesn't help, as I can't provide the information required. Microsoft deemed the info provided is insufficient.
As of now, I can't even try the questionaire again. It says service not available. I understand Microsoft have been experienced some Outlook.com issue with their servers. Can anything be done ?
