I would like to cancel my subscription to MSN Premium Internet Service ($9.95/month) but continue to use email in Outlook.com with my current email address.  Has anyone done this? If so how do I move email folders and contact lists into Outlook.com before cancelling MSN Premium?

Hi, I've recently bought a new laptop and it's automatically taking me to outlook as my new email account when I type in Hotmail.com it is taking me to an empty inbox in outlook and won't open up my old Hotmail inbox anywhere? Any help much appreciated as need to read my old emails..!

unable to print out a complete email using outlook

When I print out an email on outlook all that it prints out are all of my folders on the left of the screen, a small part of the email, all the ads.

I tried everything so far.  I tried hilighting the email and printing selection but that didn't even work.  If there are two pages it does not even finish printing the first page nor the second.

SkyDrive has deleted all my pictures

Hi,

I had backed up pictures to the below directories and now the contents are gone.   How can they be retrieved?  The recycle bin shows empty :(

Online service age verification

When I tried to purchase Online service age verification for my minor kid, I got an error and I was told to retry. 
Re-tried couple of times. I got email confirmation that my credit card has been charged thrice !

1. How do I get a refund ? 
2. The age verification is still not successful. I can't access the my child's new account yet. It takes me back to the credit card payment page. 

Please suggest.

So my emails are all gone - I've deleted nothing myself and not given anyone permission or access to my account. I can't seem to find anywhere to email support either. Who do I talk to? I had some very important emails that are my only link to my missing brother and right now when I need them they are gone.

I recently created a family account for my wife and myself to use for bills, family stuff, etc.. Anyway, when registering the account.. I thought it would be clever to put the date on the birthday as our anniversary.. Well.. I quickly found out that now outlook thinks I'm a minor and wants me to verify my child's permission to have the email with a credit card..

Is there a way to just delete the account and re-create it once I do with a different birthdate?  I really don't want to use a credit card to simply verify I'm an adult.. I realize this was my own fault.. Every time I login under the "child" account.. I can't do anything but have a parent verify I can use it... No settings to delete account or anything like that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Playing burned DVD on othe players

How do I get my burned Movie Maker DVD to play on other equipment than my computer?  My Sony recorder won't play it because it says there is no title list.
