I am so angry! I can't get into my Hotmail account, I have tried to submit the form that Microsoft sends for you to validate your personal information but I have had it rejected 3 times now. Which I think is ridiculous because I am COMPLETING the entire
form & still not enough information. UGH! Anyways now my kid can't play on his Xbox Live account because of the hacked email. I see where other people had the same problem but I never see a happy ending when stuff like this occurs. I completely frustrated
& need help..Please & Thank you.
Hello, I have been trying to close my Outlook email account for three days now. Every time I do it here: https://account.live.com/CloseAccount.aspx . I keep getting bumped to a broken page with the message
"We can't show you that page
Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."
I want my account closed and all data associated with the account deleted permanently. Please respond as soon as possible. It is absolutely unacceptable for Microsoft to prevent me from deleting my account.

I've created a movie (pictures, video and music) using movie maker version 6.1 on windows 7 (which also has installed MM vers 16.4). The 6.1 version has a lock symbol on it in my video folder and won't play after recording on a cd. Assume the lock
is somehow affecting the recording so it can't be played on the dvd player (though will play on my computer). Tried duplicating the movie using vers 16.4 and every time I add a video it shows loading audio data and freezes. Very frustrating. Have tried
the several suggestions about checking codecs and windows essentials but there seem to be no problems. Appreciate any help possible. Many thanks.
I have had an individual access my old hotmail account and change passwords and even change the reset contact information. It is taking forever to get a response from anyone at Microsoft, but in the meantime they have uninterrupted access to my personal
information and other peoples personal information. I have a new email account. I just want the old account shut down. I also know who the person is who has accessed my account. I want to know if this is something they can get in trouble for. Thank you.

I configured the Hotmail account in Outlook 2013 using Exchange Active sync. I have all day events created that starts @12:00 and ends by 12:00 in Hotmail.com but in the Outlook 2013 for selective entries, the event time shows as 1:00-1:00.

along with the ongoing and seemingly neverending problems with setting time limits, it seems the latest nail in the Windows Live Family Safety coffin is the inability to change settings when logged into Family Safety.
My daughter sent a few requests to access a couple of sites. After checking out the sites, I decided to add them to the allow list but everytime I try to do that, I'm faced with the following error message:
Sorry, you can't change your settings at the moment. Please try again later.
I've tried this over a number of hours but there's no change.
Seriously MS...WTF are you doing to this once great piece of software???

How can I find out if have more than one livemail account?
I have tried to make a movie for my children's vacation and it keep crushing. It does not accept bitmap, tiff or even some jpeg images. I have redone the project more than a dozen times ... it will not even reopen the project to make adjustments.
