I get ads on my ad free outlook when I use google crome but not when I use firefox as my browser. I paid $19.95 and thought ad free meant ad free!! please advise!!! I have called the 1-866-672-4551 twice and the first time got disconnected after a 35
minute call, then the second time I spent 1 hour but the gentleman I spoke with told me to go to this forum. You folks have wore this writer out!!! Please let me know what to do because I need to get what I paid for and my time is money and I am going broke!!!!!!!

Outlook states I haven't any folders left. How do I delete some to make room for others.
There doesn't seem to be any "delete" buttons or instructions on how to do this.
In outlook.com : while constructing an email, can you highlight and then drag a word, phrase, sentence, paragraph and drop it in the email where it belongs? I could do this in my hotmail account before I was switched over to outlook.com but can't do
that now.

I am trying to re activate a deleted account but the system tells me it doesn't exist..If I try to start from scratch and re make the same email, the system tells me its already taken. I need this back ASAP.....! Any help is appreciated.

I received an email a few days ago saying that my account was compromised because of some unusual activity. I followed the directions on the email and was sent to a place to verify my account. All of my info is on there: my name, my date of birth, aliases
etc, but there's no directions as to what to do. I did change my email password, but I don't see anyway to click to verify my account information. Now what do I do? I just bought a computer with Windows 8 and I love certain aspects of it, but now it's shut
down my email account from my Windows 8 application and now I don't even receive any email from there. The last email it displays is from the Outlook team stating they want my account verified. This is really frustrating.
I did receive a message at one point saying there would be a 30-day hold on the account. Now I can't do anything from Windows 8. Ironically, I can access my account via live.com. The structure is different, but at least I could send out the email I
