I was asked to post this as a new thread rather than replying to ALL the ongoing threads concerning the same issue. This has been an ongoing issue since the switchover from hotmail to outlook.com. It has not been addressed by microsoft or the outlook
team. By the way outlook stinks and you have continued to make it more inconvenient for users, as you have removed "popular and convenient features." I have sent feedback but to no avail. Now to the problem at hand. I am having this same issue with more
than one group. I have removed some members from groups that I created in hotmail. They are not removed. They do not show up in the group member list, nor in the group email list when expanded in the "to" address bar. But once the email is sent and I check
the recipients in the sent email and they are listed as receiving the email. I sent screenshots to a moderator, who never responded. I will not rebuild my group lists, as one moderator suggested. The problem is still ongoing, I sent an email today, and
those that I removed MONTHS ago are still on the recipients' list.
Opening Outlook is not too bad, but every movement after that means a few seconds waiting before you can do anuthing else. It is extremely annoying.
Good afternoon,
I recently purchased a new computer and I want to keep my Microsoft account name the same over all programs. Currently for XBOX live i use *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I am trying to change my military email address out and use *** Email address is removed for privacy *** instead across all platforms.
I deleted the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account in hopes that i could add it as an alias to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account. Then i would promote the gmail account to be primary.
Very Respectfully,
Matt Loew

When I go to Sign in on Outlook Express there is what resembles an eye at the right of the space when I put in my password. What does this stand for and is someone watching my emails?
Hi community,
I'm good with computers, but not great, and I would like to ask for some help.
I recently found out that Google uses my Gmail inbox to tailor my search results and I really don't like that, so I want to switch to Outlook. The problem is, since I have a Window's Phone 8 I already created an Outlook account using my Gmail address. As far as I can tell, Outlook will only read my Gmail but there is no Outlook address
from which I can start sending new emails from. So, to fix this I created an Outlook account with the username that I desire but am unable to add my Gmail alias to it because it is already technically taken. I thought I had deleted my current Outlook domain
name but it still hasn't come down and I can still login to it after 24 hours have passed; is that normal?
To further complicate everything, my phone and all other services that require a Microsoft account are using my Gmail/Outlook hybrid account and I'd really prefer to not delete that account and have to reassign my services to my new account (I also make
use of Skydrive and am not sure how that transfer would work).
What I'd like is for my new Outlook account (which I already created with the domain name I'd like) to run everything, so that I can import all my Gmail email and then have it forward the rest as I gradually inform all of my contacts (people and companies)
that I have changed addresses. Is that possible?
I have read articles telling people how to switch to Outlook from Gmail (especially because Gmail was planning on making WP8 incompatible with their servers) but that never applied to me because I had linked the accounts before the deadline (which I believe
has been postponed again).
I'd really appreciate any help, or being pointed in the right direction, as the help articles I find don't seem to have this particular scenario.
Thank you very much,
Karl.
P.S. Does Google intercept and store my email information as soon as it gets it or does it scan it when I'm searching for something? Would this make forwarding email pointless? If it stores my information, is there a way to clear their cache?
my incredemail will not receive eMails
