Attachements can’t be opened

Just recently and suddenly all attachments can't be opened because I get a message saying they have viruses and the open-able version is deleted automatically... I know for a fact they don't have viruses.  Is this an Outlook problem or a Norton problem or what?

I Shared my SkyDrive with another and left the message blank.  Microsoft attached an Unwanted Poem. 

How could this happen?

I cant  send email using laptop nor iphone.They sitting  inoutbox.it says"Cannot Send Mail"..The user name or password for "SMTP:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***@smtp.live.com" is incorrect.  options given to me are settings  or OK. 

not receiving some emails

I have had periodic problems with failure to receive emails.  They are not from a new sender (it is my wife - who in my contacts and listed as safe), and the e-mails she sent are not in my inbox, junk, or deleted folders.  I checked my wife's outbox and the message was definitely sent to me, and to my correct e-mail address.  This is very frustrating and not very good for a marriage...

Any suggestions?

non-stop app password txt message

Hello,

Since Monday, I am receiving the following txt message from Microsoft every 15-30 minutes:

"You need a new app password to keep your apps and device working. Learn more here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=227093"

All my app passwords are working, everything seems/seemed fine until this txt message started coming without any requests or reasons..

Your help would be highly appreciated.

Not recieving un-blocked email

I just unblocked an email address which I addidently blocked before but I am still not recieving the emails I want which should be automated on login to the website so should have recieved 3 by now but I have not.

Modern UI folder empty

Hi,

 

When I'm in outlook.com, I have a folder full of stuff.

When I go in the MODERN UI and open mail, the same folder is there but empty !?

 

I tried to create a new folder FROM the modern UI and in outlook.com it appeared and I tried moving the file from the old folder to the new one but still, in the MODERN UI, the folder is always empty.  Any advise ?

I created 8 photo folders on my Acer Aspire laptop and uploaded to SkyDrive.  When I open the SkyDrive photo app on my Samsung Galaxy phone or tablet only 3 folders are showing.  I hit refresh but no change.  Any suggestions?
