I have tried several times to install the SkyDrive Desktop App on my new machine (with Windows 7 Pro), and every time I get this message:

"Your browser is currently set to block cookies. Your browser must allow cookies before you can use a Microsoft account.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer that tell Microsoft sites and services when you're signed in. To learn how to allow cookies, see online help in your web browser."

I have enabled cookies on all of my browsers, set IE as my default with default settings, turned off my firewall, installed all the updates available, and still I get this error. IE (with default settings) won't even load skydrive.com; the same error pops up.

I'm out of ideas. Please advise.

Hello all,

I am trying close out my live.com outlook account but I keep getting the same error.  I have tried for several days with the same error.

We can't show you that page

Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes.

Please help.

Thanks,

Jerry

When I enter info in my IPhone, I see that information in my Outlook.com calendar within a few seconds.  When I enter info. in my Outlook calendar, I never see the result on my IPhone.

I have checked my junk filter and nothing there.

However I am not receiving emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and they assure me they are being sent, so I need someone to check the server side

My email, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been blocked and I need it to be unblocked.
This is the second day in a row that I cannot sign into my hotmail/outlook account.  I have very important emails on there that need to be attended to! This all happened because I was trying to make a new primary alias.  (I think I may just switch to gmail and say screw it.)

Message I get: "We're updating your inbox, try again in a few minutes"

Total problem time: 24 hours+

Affected email(s):  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Contact email if anyone has the solution: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Thanks so much for any help!!

I HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS OF *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  AND HAVE RECENTLY DISCOVERED THAT I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCESS IT DIRECTLY. IN ORDER FOR MAIL TO BE SENT TO MY NEW ADDRESS *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  I HAVE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SCREEN. UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE AN XBOX NOR DO I HAVE A CREDIT CARD. IN BOTH CASES THE SYSTEM REFUSES TO CONTINUE TAKING MY INSTRUCTION. PLEASE HELP ME.

I RUN A BUSINESS FROM MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT AND RECEIVE ORDERS AS WELL AS THIS ACCOUNT HAVING ALL  MY CONTACTS

I WOULD LIKE TO ACCESS MY ORDERS AND MY CONTACT LIST

MANY THANKS  URGENTLY

Basically the same as the other 3,678,049,765 issues. Tried to change my primary email and this is what I'm told. Actually this is the result of a second switch in quick succession: only last night I'd had a shock when trying to go back to my original inbox having used an alias instead for a few weeks, where it was "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now" everywhere I tried to login. This is probably worse than the new error, although considering you're supposedly only allowed a week I'm not sure the previous change was actually complete, which is probably a cause for concern in itself. Obviously in this instance - and now it's a different address that's never been the main one before - it still isn't, after a few hours, as opposed to the minutes they advise. Again, doesn't matter what browser, or even if there's an 's' in the protocol - it's just frozen. SkyDrive seems to be okay though, it's just Outlook and People for some reason.

If you want access to my account, be my guest - if it gets this fixed then it's worth it. Oh, and why does this ask whether it's mobile or non-mobile? Did it ever occur to you it could happen in both environments? Why there's no 'both' option is beyond me. I said no because I'm more interested in desktop for now, because if I can't get it there then I know I'm in trouble.

To anyone who has a proper solution and not a cut-and-paste job (can't say I'm holding my breath), thanks in advance
I have haven't received a confirmation email for a new Outlooks email address I created. I am not sure if I entered the wrong security email address during the  registration or it is being delayed.
What are my options?
