It appears someone hacked my email account and Outlook wants me to verify myself. I am unsure of the exact name and location I provided, and can not remember with any certainty which old passwords I used with this account (I know the current password),
but I do have my Windows Live Mail on my computer with 1300 emails and other information which I hope could authenticate me. My fails safe alternate email address was closed down and is of no help in this situation. Can anyone provide me with any help.
I recieved a bogus paypal message I had purchased an item from America that I know nothing about ,and now it will not delete from my email.
So my main email account got hacked about three weeks ago, for three weeks ive been getting sent around in circles I tried the recover process but the alternate email that is being used is super old and I have no clue what the username or password is and whenever I use the questionnaire I get denied ive tried this process many many times but it never works and my cell phone isn't connected to my email account.
Please don't tell me to try the recovery process and ive changed my account password but it still says ive been hacked.
Please help me this is my most important email account.

After clicking Send button my email is not being sent immediately but it is queued in Outbox.
The option 'Send messages immediately' is checked.

The only thing I can think of is we were messing with her aliases because we wanted to remove the email account from a new Windows 8 computer she got. This shouldn't have deleted the account. If it did, can it be reactivated and the old information be
available?
I have my business emails forwarded to my Hotmail account for viewing and saving. Any emails sent to the email being forwarded are not coming through...some show a bounce back and some act as if they went through. I have added my email address and domain
as safe. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not good for business to not receive emails! Thanks!
