Trouble with password.

I have tried to reset my microsoft accounts' password multiple times, every time i get the same answer, "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." I have contacted xbox support, my case number is: 1214884124. The account in question is not the one i am using, but the one attached to my gamertag

Mac Sync Issues

Hello,

I recently signed up for skydrive and am having some sync issues across my macs. I have an older desktop running Lion, and brand new air running Mountain Lion.

I downloaded skydrive on both my machines (first on the Air, then the desktop).  Whenever I create and/or save a file on my skydrive folder on my desktop, I can access the file in the skydrive folder on my desktop.  However, the file is nowhere to be seen on the actual skydrive website, or more importantly, on my macbook air skydrive folder.

Why are my files not syncing correctly?  Are my settings incorrect?

I can not send an email.  I type the email address in the to: box and it acts like it is blank.  I go into people and the person is added as a contact....

any suggestions....thanks

Hotmail: Reply, Forward, and New unresponsive!

Hello, All,

 

Since this morning, I can't get an action with Reply, Forward, or New email in my hotmail account.

 

I've rebooted, without results.

Right-clicking attempts are futile, too.

It doesn't freeze or give an error message; nothing happens when I click any of those buttons.

 

No one else uses this computer, and another email address I have using MS Office Outlook 2003 has no issues.

I am using MS 7, IE 10.0.

Incoming alerts and mail works, and I can view every letter received.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Incoming mail appearing in my sent mail

Some of my incoming mail is ending up in my 'sent' mail. It appears to be happening to mail from some people in my contact list but some others from my contact list is coming into my inbox. Any ideas of why this is happening?

Dear Microsoft,
I am a server administrator  and have a client with website and domain hosted with our company.  They have clients with windows live email and outlook.com email.  when a client trys to email them the email address turns read and when sent it gets returned.  we have isolated this problem to Microsoft.  the problem does not happen  when mail is sent to the client from gmail or any other email provider. the problem only happens on Microsoft web based mail. Here is the email that is sent back when the client sends an email to this one domain on our server.

Lost emails

Hi,

I have definitely logged in via the Web within the last 9 months let alone the past year. As soon as my account was automatically switched from hotmail to outlook, the entirety of my inbox disappeared. 

My last received email in the inbox is 10/08/2013, but i have held my hotmail account for well over 5 years

My last sent email is 2010 (i understand to be correct because sent messages after a certain age get deleted?)

I still have a handful of these old emails on my desktop app but I cannot retrieve them on the outlook.com website.

Please help, I have very important emails detailing insurance and leasing and receipts.
