Account reactivated but latest emails are missing

After I reactivated my account I lost all emails I received in the last 24 hours or so. One of them was for a job interview I have so need it back asap. How can I retrieve these missing emails? They're not in my junk folder and I didn't delete this myself either.

When I try to log on to Microsoft and after I have filled in my email and password Microsoft puts up my name as someone completely different. Some months ago Microsoft , when I was logging in, sent me a message that there were 2 accounts with my log in details (which is bizarre as my gmail address includes my name) and that these 2 accounts were to be merged. After this Microsoft greeted me as  the other name. More worrying is that when I tried to log in this week (to set up 360 word) I was blocked because there had been problems with my account. I was invited to change my password which I did and was again greeted after login as the other name. I would like my Microsoft account frozen whilst you investigate what could be identity theft.

security code won’t send to my phone

Anyone who can help!

I have an outlook.com account created using domains.live.com (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). I have tried verifying my account using my mobile. I got the first code (the short 4 digit one), but when I try to access 'sensitive info' it wants to send me another code. On this screen when I click next on either text or call it just come up with the error 'We couldn't send the code. Please try again.'

How do I get past this? Without cancelling the number and waiting 30 days.

1 file not syncing

I keep getting a floating dialogue stating one file  needs syncing, when I go to see what the problems is nothing appears to be wrong, not n any of the locations where the file exists.  The FAQ tells me what the problem is (but I already know that because of the dialogue) http://screencast.com/t/niKV30Lr

This is unbelievable... I cant believe i cant upload a foto to a contact...

It has been several months that Outlook.com got a new design and some things like the foto upload in a contact still isnt there.

I think i am going back to Google Mail.

Junk mail in inbox despite exclusive filter.

Over the last week I have been getting an increasing amount of 'junk' emails (mainly PPI related) into my inbox, however my junk filter is set to exclusive. So it should go into my junk folder.

I am marking them as junk and sweeping them too.

Could my account have been hacked?
Is there another reason how junk email is slipping through the net?
How do I stop junk coming into my inbox?
How can I tell if my account has been hacked?

Want to recover my autodeleted hotmail account

My old hotmail account was deleted because of inactivity I guess, and I´d like to recover it. If it´s not possible to recover the emails, I´d like at least to recover the account email, which now says that it´s not possible to recover because it´s in use (but if I try to send an email to this account I get an email back saying that the email does not exist)

What can I do?

I keep getting an error when trying to close this extra email account I have.  Everytime I login to the account page to close my Microsoft account I get the following.

We can't show you that page Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes
