s=Starting yesterday I have have an abudance of junk mail showing up in my Inbox. Yesterday I have a total of 85 junk mail showing up in my inbox
I spend more time cleaning out. my inbox than reading my emails.

I recently updated from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. Before the update, SkyDrive worked fine. However, after the update, all my files are stuck pending. The files that were already on my computer from Skydrive are corrupted, but can be viewed fine from
the website.
I originally thought it was the large number of files being downloaded, so I went to the website and deleted all the unnecessary files and then restarted my computer. SkyDrive was still attempting to download those files I deleted after the restart.
Any help would be appreciated.
When I log into my account, which is hit and miss, it goes straight to account overview. I can't access any emails, inbox etc.
Sometimes I cannot even get into account overview, all I get is "sorry cannot access at this time. try again later" Has my account been hacked?
Any advice is welcome as it's really annoying.

Having problem downloading 'People' page and browsing my contacts for a few days. Clicking the People button from inbox direct to people page showing message report to Microsoft...following this nothing changes and the problem persists again...
Any solution ? Please...

I cannot sign in to messages in my inbox messaging pane. Each time click the sign in button fails to sign in and I cannot use Instant Messages from my inbox. What's wrong with it ?

Like many others on here, I am receiving junk mail in my inbox even though my setting is set to exclusive. I have read the suggested fixes but none of them seem to be working.

I have set up Family Safety with myself as administrator on my son's computer. However, while at first the system did record activity reports, it now shows no activity whatsoever, even though I know my son is spending a lot of time on the computer. Also, when we overrode the time limit one time so that he could finish working on something without changing the settings (time limits) on his computer, the computer then refused to further enforce the time limits. Any one setting that you override one time completely erases the effectiveness and enforcement of Family Safety. I cannot figure out how to make it work, even after syncing my account and creating an on-line Microsoft account to monitor my son's computer. I am using Windows 8, and my computer is exactly the same model as my sons. This situation is extremely frustrating, as my son has locked me out of his computer with passwords and now I have no access to his activity. Please help!!!!
