How can I stop receiving junk email on my inbox? lately it seems to be too many ads, spam, and general junk mails on my account, I have all of my security set to private and only to only receive from senders and safe list yet I am receiving 10 spams a
day with this!!!
Starting a couple of weeks ago I have been prompted to provide my phone number in order to obtain a so called better protection of my account. Naturally, I have clicked "Next" and ignored it. Now my account is blocked unless I provide my phone number.
I have two questions:
1. How do I access my account again without providing my PERSONAL (and I emphasize PERSONAL) phone number?
2. How do I avoid providing my phone number to Microsoft in the future?
I think that what Microsoft does is an abuse. I don't even want to hear your justification and all that mumbo-jumbo about a better protection of my account. Please don't do this. Do not even try it. You would offend me. Really.
We all know how "safe and confidential" all our data are on internet in general and on Microsoft servers in this particular case. Just to give you an example, in LinkedIn I always get suggestion to send LinkedIn invitations to friend's mail addresses picked directly from my Microsoft Contacts List. How does LinkedIn have this list without my approval? Don't tell me this won't happen any more and I will be better protected if I provide you my phone number. Just don't.
You do not imagine how enraged I am at this moment. You just don't. You can't. I'm doing all that is humanly possible not to insult Microsoft in the worst ways possible. What they do is preposterous.
So, please let me know how do I access my account WITHOUT providing my phone number or some additional e-mail which, by the way, are not your business to know.
In case that you will not agree to let me bypass this "security" question for the future, just provide me an access to my account in order to recover any data and addresses I have there and close the account.
This is really outrageous.

how do I stop skype from knocking off my email
I keep doing a sweep of the e-mail I do not want and even though I check the box saying I do not want to receive from a particular sender I continue to receive their e-mails! What can I do to reid my inbox of unwanted e-mail!
A while ago I made an xbox live account called <Removed by moderator> for offline silver playing. I forgot the email I used for it and since I got my new xbox I do not have access to the account anymore. The account is also on my friends list. If you could
give me a partial email like ******* Email address is removed for privacy *** so it can refresh my memory or any help at all that would be appreciated.

My hotmail emails have not been forwarded to my mobile devcie since Thursday August 23rd at 3:36 PM?
Since Thursday August 23rd at 3:36 none of my emails to my Outlook account- a Hotmail.com address- have been forwarded to my mobile device- a Nokia E5-00. All other accounts my gmail account and my texts etc., are working fine but I have received over
30 emails - viewable via computer since then but they have not been accessible via my mobile. I have shut down and restarted my mobile device. I have also taken out the battery and SIM card and reinstalled after 1 or 2 minutes and restarted my mobile but it
hasn't helped. I have disconnected my Hotmail account and reconnected it and it always shows as Hotmail connected. I have also tried accessing by hitting Send and Receive now and it always shows Hotmail Updating but no new messages have come through?? Can
someone help me with this.
