My skydrive account is nearing its limit. I would like to download my camera roll which takes up 18GB of storage and place it on a hard drive to free up space on skydrive. I am able to download other albums effortlessly, but this large one will not download.
I have checked my connection speed and tried both hard wire connection as well as connections at work and at home. I have also tried this on Windows 7 machine as well as Windows 8.1. Can anyone help?
Somehow I got one of my "main" folders filed under another folder. How do I move the "main" folder back? And please do not say just click and move because that does not work. I'd like to move it back under "Folder" but I have so many sub-folders that
I don't know how to move it up to the top and I can't seem to just move it back to where it was.
When opening an email and wanting to print it out, there was the word action on the right above the email along with other commands you could click on. It was there one day, gone the next. I can still click on the three dots, but using the action command
with the drop down menu provided a better print. How can this be restored?
my e mails were open and someone copied the address and sent it to another computer. will they be able to assess my e mails from that computer

Since almost one week ago, i have been some troubles trying login in my outlook account.
Sometimes during the day (almost always at the same hour, at ~12H00 and midnight, in Lisbon/Portugal Time) i cannot enter in the Outlook email acocunt.
Appears the error There's a problem with Outlook right now.
The status page of the service doesn't show any problem.
And, after i submit a report and wait a few minutes, the service is restored again.
This appears to happend only with the email that is using the server dub121.mail.live.com. I have other outlook accounts and they are working fine, and i notice that, in the address bar, appears dub123 or anything else, so i think is something related with the dub121.
I have already tested in another browser, computer and even in a difrente network connection. Also have cleared the cookies and cache. Nothing works.
Hope that someone can help with this problem.

I have a very frustrating problem that circles around like the infinity symbol, i have contacted every party involved including Microsoft and Myspace. My old Myspace account was removed and all information has been removed. However my outlook.com profile
under people or live contacts show Myspace contacts linked to my live account. However they can not be removed from the social connector but have to be removed from Myspace. Well I cant remove from Myspace because the account no longer exists as much as their
support does. This is frustrating and all I want are those Myspace contacts vanished for good.
When I am sent an e-mail with a picture, the picture doesn't alway appear and if you right click and hit show picture is doesn't Why???

Prove domain ownership (optional)
If you would like to prove the ownership of domain and create users without setting up mail, you can use one of the following methods for up to 30 days. After 30 days, you will need to set up an MX record for mail routing as shown above.
If your domain registrar allows you to create TXT records, use these settings:
- DNS record type: TXT

Messenger configuration (recommended)
To federate Messenger with other compatible networks, you need to create the following SRV record in DNS.
- DNS record type: SRV
- Service: _sipfederationtls._tcp.balmoralha.org
- Protocol: _tcp
- Domain Name: balmoralha.org
- Priority: 10 (or High priority)
- Weight: 2
- Port: 5061
- Target: federation.messenger.msn.com
Why am I receiving duplicate emails? Every email is received in duplicate in Outlook.com PLEASE advise what I can do.
