I am getting emails outside of chains (ie reply all in a group email) It has no subject and the following text is included. What can I do to fix?

Hello. I am re-trying out Windows 8.1 Preview with the fixes, and on my Skydrive, after making my Visual Studio projects folder available offline, I did some editing, and Skydrive says that there are 16 files uploading. Only one problem: they are all "pending." What's it doing? What situations cause them to be pending? Even when I edit other files, it changes to "17 files being uploaded," and that file uploads fine, while the remaining files are still "pending."
Also, please don't tell me to uninstall Skydrive this time. Remember that Skydrive cannot be uninstalled in Windows 8.1. Thank you!
I was setting up a clients new HP AIO Pavilion PC and came across an issue with setting up a Microsoft account to be used with Windows 8. We created a new Microsoft account using the clients email from her ISP, to verify it we logged into her ISP's webmail
service. We clicked the link, it asked us for our Microsoft password, yet when we entered it we were told that the Microsoft account was invalid and couldnt be verified. Now the email is locked up in Microsofts database and we cannot use it. We tried creating
a new account, but the email is in use. We tried recovering the password but only get told that the account is invalid. I tried ringing the support centre incase they could reset the account or remove it or something, but they were about as useful as flavoured
toilet paper.
Who can I get in contact with to get this resolved? My client does not want to create a new email address for her Microsoft account.
This is a process I have done many many times with many non-Microsoft emails, but its the first time I have encountered this issue.
Just recently set up outlook from my 365 premium office and worked fine for a few days but now will not send/receive but when I go to my bigpond address which has the same details all the emails are shown. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I created an outlook.com account a little over a year ago. I haven't used it since. I went to sign in today and it wouldn't accept my password. I tried the password recovery and it says the account doesn't exist. I tried to recreate the account and
it says the account is already taken. I also sent a test email to the account and I get a bounce back, so I don't think anyone else has the account. How can I reclaim my account? If someone can private message me I will provide the account name so it can
be investigated further.
