It is with all my new emails. Any suggestions??
My Hotmail account was upgraded to Outlook, and the sub-directories that I had attached to my Hotmail account, didn't stay with "Hotmail to Outlook", where are my sub-directories?? I need those sub-directories for legal matters presently ongoing. I didn't delete them and I also have it so my emails stayed on the server as I was paying for Hotmail Plus, for that purpose. The sub-directories were all under my "Inbox" directory.
I've sent several request to Outlook support team and they haven't replied yet. I'm not sure who to contact now.

I have tried IEx64 v9, IEx32 v9, and Cyberfox (64-bit Firefox) v23.0.1 on the same Windows 7 PC. I also tried IEx32 v8 on another Windows 7 PC and I get the same error.

I am new to smartphones and have set up my hotmail account on my samsung galaxy SIII. When I delete new emails, older previous emails from my laptop keep appearing in my inbox. Can I stop this? There are about 25 sitting there each time I check my mail. Many thanks.

I set up Family Safety on our Windows 8 PC and our surface RT. Everything looks good and seems to sync the two computers, but in reality if my son uses the Windows 8 PC, that time is not deducted from the RT. I want him to have a total of 2 hours per day across both machines, but it seems he has 2 hours on each. Anyway to make sure they take time out of both?
