I cannot get Outlook.com or my own Outlook to work with my Att.net email account.

When I go to Outlook.com email settings I am trying to add a send-and-receive account.  Microsoft account uses my att email as the primary account but show it as a send only.  Keeps telling me to make sure email address and pw are correct and they are.  It then tells me to try advanced settings.  the incoming shows inbound.att.net Port 995 and outgoing shows outbound.att.net Port 465.  Then it tells me it can't sign into POP3 server and to check email address and PW which are still correct.

My windows mail is set as incoming with imap.mail.yahoo.com port 993 and outgoing with smtp.mail.yahoo.com port 465 and works beautifully. Outlook won't allow a port 993 for incoming mail when I try to change Outlook settings.

If anybody can help, would really appreciate it.  I have had this computer with Win8 for almost a year and have yet to get either Outlook to work properly.  Thought using Outlook might solve another problem I keep having with Win Mail for another account.  Have really had it with both Win Mail and Outlook.  My phone handles all 3 of my email accounts without a hitch. Microsoft has stepped on my last nerve.
The above.

I get certain junk emails all the time from same source.  Is there a way to tag it to be deleted instead of auto moving it to "Junk"?

Thanks

To begin, this just started happening a few days ago.

When I launch Movie Maker it asks to, "Click here to browse for videos and photos" or I have been able to drag and drop my video there. It used to load just fine and I'd be able to edit, save and send to where I need to. However, lately whenever I try to add a video it won't load and provides me with the following error code: 0xC946002C. I've tried to resolve the issues by installing codec packs and search the internet to no avail. Not sure what else to try. Also, the format the files are in is MP4 which hasn't been an issue before. I'm using it on a windows 8 box and using SnagIt to capture the initial video. Movie Maker has been uninstalled and reinstalled as well. I'm having to use 2 different machines for the videos, which is an annoyance. Any ideas or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Adam

There are 3 entries in my blocked senders list with invalid character, causing a problem with outlook 2010 (sync errors)

when I view the list from Outlook.com I can see the 3 entries and click to remove them. But as soon as I go back into to

list they are back???

here are the three entries:

"brenton

<error

coker"

They do not appear in outlook 2010's blocked senders list. And the synchronization errors I'm getting from outlook point to

these enties as having invalid characters (" and <)

I have been searching and emailing every support link to try and get help with this. The support links have been one big

run around leading to nowhere!

Has anyone had this issue and is there any way to get these entries or even all the entries in my "blocked senders list" removed?
