Closing down a hotmail account used for fraud

A Hotmail account has been used to commit fraud against one of our customers. Can we find out when and where this account was created from? Can we have the account closed down? Can we gather any other data from Hotmail to pass to the police? The Hotmail account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I found a bit shocking when I noticed that when I just changed some of the metadata of my photos (like title / subject), skydrive does not just update the metadata but considers the whole file changed and uploads loads of MBs altogether. Seems a bit weird that such an obvious thing was completely ignored.

How to discover which email address I used for one of my SkyDrive accounts?

I have a student machine, a home machine, and a work machine. Each has a different SkyDrive account.
I tried to rename SkyDrive on one of them, and had issues, so I uninstalled SkyDrive on that machine.

Now I went to reinstall, and cannot remember which email address was used to login to that SkyDrive. It wouldn
t really matter because I have all the files somewhere else. But VISIO 2013 remembered the old SkyDrive location on the web, and I cannot change that to a new location or account. So it can save files directly to that we account, but I cannot get to them because I cannot login to that account.
I've been using a workaround of using the VISIO file open/save dialogs to get to all the files in that SkyDrive. So VISIO is now my user interface to access SkyDrive.

Help me to discover which email account was used (of the 25 email accounts I have with multiple email provider services) so I can login to that SkyDrive. 
NOTE THAT SKYDRIVE CANNOT BE REINSTALLED LOCALLY BECAUSE LOGGING IN TO THE ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED DURING THAT INSTALLATION PROCESS. This is a Catch-22.

1. any plans to increase the 100GB limit?

2. w skydrive app installed on a Win 8 machine, as I save files to this folder are the files being saved in two (2) places?  both on my local hard drive under the skydrive folder and in the cloud on MS Skydrive? if this is yes, then

3. how can I transfer files directly from an external drive onto Skydrive in the cloud?  without having these files sync to my Win 8 machine and take up HD space.  I want to upload files to Skydrive cloud but not store them on my local machine (ie take up HD space on my Win 8 machine)

How can I import an email into an Outlook.com account?

On the surface what I'd like to do seems simple but I cannot find a solution.

I want to write a program to import a single email into an outlook.com account and have it appear immediately.  I want to be able to repeat this process.  I have the message on my desktop as a .eml file - could convert to .msg format if that makes any difference.

If outlook.com supported IMAP I could use the IMAP append feature.  Exchange Active Sync does not appear to allow importing messages into the inbox.  Other options like retrieving mail from another account seem like they would work but there is a delay in those processes - sometimes several minutes.  I want to run my program, refresh my browser, see my message.  

What are my options for making this happen?

Shared folder not visible on mac but visible on ipad

Someone has shared a folder with me. It is not visible on the mac. It is however visible via skydrive for ipad and iphone. Settings are identical on all three devices, same user name, login details etc. I have tried unlinking and linking account again .. however the problem persists.
