This email address couldn't be verified because the wrong Microsoft account may have been entered. Try signing in with another Microsoft account."
What I would like to do is is verify the email from my domain (hosted on WLAC), and then make that same hosted personal domain email address my primary alias in WLAC.
What am I doing wrong?
Many thanks in advance.
My 2 Outlook accounts are blocking emails from one of my largest and most important clients whose domain name is attglobal.net. I had this problem before in May of this year and received some correspondence on the Hotmail forum telling me what to check. Eventually the problem disappeared for a while, but now it has returned. My client’s address is in my contacts, on my safe senders list, and not on my blocked senders list in both of my accounts. His emails are not going into my junk folder. Last May Hotmail told me that my account was almost full, so I deleted quite a few emails.
When my client tries to send me an email, he receives an email saying there is a “persistent transient failure.” An example is below:
Reporting-MTA: dns; prserv.net
Arrival-Date: 26 Aug 2013 20:14:56 +0000
Final-Recipient: rfc822; xxxx@hotmail.com
Action: failed
Status: 4.4.7 Unable to contact host for 1 days
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; Persistent Transient Failure: Delivery time expired
Last-Attempt-Date: 26 Aug 2013 20:14:57 +0000
This problem is affecting my business, and I need help immediately. Can someone go into my two accounts and make adjustments so that I can receive emails from attglobal.net, instead of sending me your “stock” remedies which I have already tried? PLEASE HELP!
hello, how do I attach a file from my photo gallery to an email OR I post items to be sold on Craigslist and I cannot attach them either using Web Browser. How do I move them to a "folder" on my C drive or even my desktop. very frustrated. thanks
I asked another question (here) that is better suited with the current subject.
I have had a Hotmail email account for years, and I receive emails right up to now via Outlook Connector is Outlook 2010 desktop. Sometime in the past year or so (I'm guessing April 2012, based on email with subject 'Welcome to Outlook.com Preview') , an Outlook.com account was established. It has only 4 emails, and appears to have been created "on behalf of" *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - so I guess it is not linked to my Hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
How to I transition my entire Hotmail email content (some hundreds of emails, which I can see in desktop Outlook 2010) into the web-based Outlook.com? Should I (somehow) create an account in outlook.com which uses my existing email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)?
ie, What can I do to get all my Hotmail emails in the same place?
EDIT
I think I have found an effective answer to this question, and others that relate to it (ie, that I would have asked, next) - in the suggestions panel at right. (link)
