I think my university hasn't put me on their new system because I've graduated. Is there any way i can still access my emails? I can't sign in because i get this error.
You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).

I'd like to move my email from Google to Outlook.com. While trying to add my custom domain I get the message 'This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.'
The custom domain is LearningGames.net and I've owned the domain for some 20 years. I am a software developer writing educational software.
I see from the forum that this is a very common problem. Could you perform whatever magic is necessary at your end to allow me to add my custom domain?

I had three versions of my email account in Outlook 2013. I deleted 2. Everything worked fine except I have no Address Book/Contacts!
I retrieved the 2 deleted versions of my email account from the Recycle Bin back into Outlook 2013. No Contacts still.
Tried \Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\OUtlook as advised by MS website. Nothing there.
I searched for .pst files and .wab files on my back up disc and only found files from 2007!
I found a .cvs file as LIve Mail Contacts (which I no longer use) but it is 5 months out of date.
Why when I delete a duplicate email account does my Address Book go as well?
I have no idea where my current Contacts in Address Book for OUtlook 2013 have gone and how I can restore them. My business is on hold till I can restore them.

My old emails before Nov 2012 are all gone!! I want all my emails back since 2005/2006! I din't do anything, it just gone missing..
Please note I've tried to find solutions before posting this question here, I've tried all the suggested solutions but all turned up rubbish.
Please don't tell me to retrieve from deleted folder because I DO NOT DELETE them, also please don't tell me maybe my account been hacked or whatsoever...Also please don't give the reason that my account been inactive, I am very ACTIVE all the time.
I JUST WANT MY EMAILS BACK! that's very frustrating!

My hotmail account has been blocked, and the message is that someone else has been using my account and has been blocked. I have tried recovering it by filling up the form as instructed, however I am still unable to do so as it seems my answers for the questionnaire is not correct, despite answering them to the best of my knowledge.
I have been using this email for close to 10 years now, and it is really frustrating to be locked out of it all of a sudden. This problem has dragged on for about 2 months now and it is becoming increasingly urgent that I regain access to my mails. I am out of options and I require direct assistance on this matter, perhaps a number to call or something.

I have been searching the forums and see that some moderators help by sending a private message that leads on to further investigation into this issue and ultimately an unblocking off the account. Can I have one too?

Hi I recently had a string of wierd things happen and am not sure whether my account has been compromised or whether it is the security checks overfunctioning.
I replied to an email from a trusted source, but was told that my reply failed some kind of junk mail test and wouldn't send. It said to rephrase the message, so I did and also changed the title and it sent fine. Then my smartphone came up with a message that sign in had failed as my password had been changed.
So I went to my account settings on the pc and was shown a message "it looks like someone else has been using your account" and to enter the number sent to my security option, which I did and changed the password, and all seemed fine.
It then said to remove any alternative security options that seemed suspicious. Everything was normal, but I removed the last one I had used just in case.
Changed password and logged in all fine. I'm guessing the security check required me to re-set my password.
When I went to reply to an email, it said invalid alias - because that was the one I had removed. So I went to re-instate it.
But when I received the verification link email there is a warning on that "Be Careful! This sender has failed our verification checks".
This is an expected email from microsoft account team to re-instate my alias.
Are the security checks just going bonkers today or is this a problem? And how can I re-instate my alias?

On Outlook express I can rec email but not send. It says 'an error has occurred' and if click on address book, says unable to open as not installed properly. All been working ok for some time but just updated to office 2010.
Ihave accidentally typed my email address and the password in the login panel and then entered. Now anyone who logs onto this computer and types my first inital into the log in gets my email address and password.How do I delete this
my facebook pages are in a different language, have been trying for a week to change it back to english,!! what can i do?? please help me.
