This morning my outlook account was hacked and spam with a questionable link was sent to all of my address book. I did a reply all to each spam sent and advised the recipients not to click on the link...and each link was different and it was only sent
to 2 or 3 people at a time. I've changed my password on my account. Any other words of wisdom on how to prevent this from occurring again?
I'm locked out of my hotmail account. It is asking for a code, which it wants to send to my cell but it only has my old numbers.When I press 'I don't have these anymore' it doesn't do anything. I also can't enter an alternate email address. What can I
do to get back into my account?
How do I reset the password of a user under my domains.live.com hosted email accounts? I want to be able to change it myself.
Every time I sign in to OUTLOOK , I receive the message "Internet has stopped working". It won't let me go any further. What can you do to help me ?
I don't like the size of the font. I just had someone in my computer and somehow they changed the size of the font. Now I see fewer folders because the words are too big. Any ideas?

Skydrive has not synced files for 6 months. When I try to retrieve files thru hotmail account/web/skydrive account.
Did a uninstall-performed complete shutdown and reboot-reinstall and prevents me from installing Skydrive app giving error message #0x800cal. Have 680 gig of storage uused. Have to resort to attachments from email to share file stored with Microsoft Office 2010.
So can not do a "Fetch Files" because right click on Icon does not give those options. I read all of your previous posts.
I get a newsletter from my apartment building over email periodically. I have added the sender's address to my safe sender list. They are not in the blocked list. As a result, the email does go to my inbox instead of the junk folder. However, the content
still gets blocked. Meaning hyperlinks don't work and pictures don't show up. On the far right it says 'This content has been blocked for your safety'. Well, I don't want it to be blocked and should be given the choice to unblock it if I need it unblocked.
I'm not given that choice at all.
I also notice that I get the message 'Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks.' and have to click the 'Show Content' link. I get this on emails from senders in
my safe senders list. I shouldn't have to 'unhide' content every single time when they are marked as safe. In fact, I should have the option to turn that off entirely.
I was sent here by Microsoft and told I would get help I made my xbox account around 8 years ago and had to go online and fill out a scr form and the secondary email it sends the verifyication to is no longer active and when it took me to a survey instead it said I didn't have enough information and had to try again in 24 hours but I wont have anymore information than I do now in 24 hours is there any other way to fix this????

I have been blocked from outlook "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" due to a concern that "someone else is using my account". Efforts to verify my account have failed repeatedly. Every solution I have read on the community
suggests a path that leads me to the same conclusion, fill out the questionnaire, with the result that the account can not be verified. THE QUESTIONAIRE IS NOT A SOLUTION. Very frustrated and looking for help.
