i am the parent account to my sons xbox live child account but on my windows 8 laptop when i try to give parental permission on the same account i am asked for payment using the same card as i use on xbox live but when i try to pay i get a service temporarily unavailable message every time. i would be grateful for any help that resolves this issue

I am hearing a "rolling thunder" audio clip recently and am wondering if it is a notice of updating from skydrive.

Continually getting “This page cannot be displayed” when I try to access my email. Please help.

Have been unable to access my Outlook email for several days now.  Keep getting "This page cannot be displayed".  I have rebooted without any change.  All other sites are working fine on this laptop.  Running Windows 7 and using Internet Explorer.  Please help!

When I sign to Outlook.com and check the "Keep me signed in" box it doesn't work. Everytime I go there I have to sign in. I can be reading an email and it asks me to sign in again. Please help.

Hello

I received this message "This email address is already taken. Please try another one. " after trying to add my gmail as an alias on my Hotmail Microsoft account so I can sign in using the gmail not the Hotmail.

I would like to do this because my Hotmail account that Microsoft is using doesn't exist anymore.

I have changed my Hotmail to gmail on billing info (like it says to do) but no change.

 

I do not wish to open a new Microsoft account (My hp/envy is trying to make me haha) as I have points on the one I wish to keep.

 

I do not want to use the Hotmail address at all. only gmail.
