How can I let Microsoft know that sharing calendars on Outlook.com does not work?

1) I tried to share my calendar with my wife 5 times by sending her an email at her Hotmail account but her account never received the emails.

 

2) I tried to share my calendar with one of my alternative email addresses.  I got the email immediately at that address but when I tried to accept and open the calendar it told me the permission had expired.  I guess whoever I share with has less than 30 seconds to accept.

 

3) I tried to just using the calendar sharing URL but that comes up as an invalid URL on any browser or machine where I try to use it.

 

It seems the fix is to not use Microsoft's calendars and use Google calendars.  At least you can export the Microsoft calendar as ICS and import it into your Google Calendar.

Unable to add pop singnet email into outlook.com

I followed the instructions from this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/outlook/other-email-accounts. But I'm unable to add singnet email into outlook.com. Error shown: "We couldn't sign in to your SMTP server. Please make sure your username and password are correct." But I'm sure that my username and password are correct.

Hotmail is asking to send a security code that’s not my email address. What do I do?

I tried to log in today to my account and it's stating that they need to send a security code to me. The email address they want to send it to is not my email address and it's not even the email address I'm signing into. How do I change it to my actual email address to ensure they have the right one and j get the code?

why do the folders do not show up on creation?

I happen to be in a folder, and I select Create > Folder, however the new folder is not showing up immediately I have to refresh the browser, can you automatically refresh the page to show the new folder, in this case and in other options where menus and objects can be created?

This is more of a usability issue.

Hi,

I require the access details to my Hotmail account - specifically the log on dates, times and origins (e.g. IP addresses). Someone has accessed my Hotmail without my consent/knowledge and move/deleted emails. I'd like to understand what activity they have undertaken. I know an email dated from the 27/08/2013 @ 11:40:20 was deleted by another party. Are you able to provide these details?

How do I remove the ability to access a Hotmail account from a particular computer?

A friend asked me to let him access his emails in his Outlook (was Hotmail) account from my computer. As far as I was aware there was never at any time an invitation to 'keep me signed in' or 'remember my password' but whenever I access Hotmail now it opens straight up to his emails.

How do I remove him from my system?

My att.net email account stopped working in outlook.com

It just stopped receiving or sending email from this account after working for a long time.  I deleted and re-added the account using pop server and SMTP server info from at&t and verified password, but still get the error msg "We couldn't sign in to your POP3 server. Please make sure your username and password are correct"  This is driving me nuts!

When I click send on an email, I get this error message: Sorry, Outlook wasn’t able to complete this request.

Hello,

I keep getting this problem. I have urgent stuff to send and this needs to get resolved as soon as possible. I right the email, subject, email addresses, then click "Send". I get this error message.

Don't give me the usual story of empty the cache, internet history, cookies, different browsers, computers, whatever, I have tried all these and there is no difference. It won't even work on my iPhone.

Resolve this please.
