It appears someone tried to hack my account. MS wisely sent me a msg asking me to verify I am me. I did this, and I changed my PW.
Ever since then, I have been forced to log in EVERY TIME I want to check my email.
Not only that, but if I have my email open on my computer while I am doing something else, MS SIGNS ME OUT after an hour or so!!! forcing me to once again, log back in!
WHY!!! I_DID_NOT_DO_ANY_THING!!!!
I have asked repeatedly for an explanation, and I keep getting sent links that do not work, so for about two weeks I have been laboring with this signing in madness, NOT knowing WHY all this is happening.
Will someone PLEASE get all this back to normal??? Can I have my [relatively] convenient, EASY TO USE AND ACCESS Email back?

When I log into my outlook (which I've had for years since it was hotmail, they say they need to confirm that I can receive a security code by phone to verify my account. My home # is listed so I clicked SEND but never got the code, Tried again - same
result. Can you only get the code via text to a cell phone? I don't have a cell phone. I can still access my outlook account by ckicking "SKIP", but it appears my acct. will be locked in three days - UGH.

Why are there no "undo" and "redo" buttons in Hotmail/Outlook when you are typing text into an email? If you delete some text and then want to get it back -- how do you do that? Am I missing something? I have never seen a program without an undo button

I have received an email on a dormant aol account saying my microsoft account name has been changed.
