I would really appreciate a mods support as I have had this problem for a few days and as such have been unable to play online on my Xbox. If there is any way to remove the parental protection on my normal account this would be more than appreciated, or
maybe some way of resetting the password for the parental account without having to go through the normal password reset form. I have already posted the same question in a different sub-section, however I have had no response yet so I figured I may have more

Hi Forum. Can anyone give me a contact at the Microsoft department who can give me a refund for the $100 I spent on the 200GB of Skydrive space? I know this sounds crazy but the 200GB is useless to me. Let me explain.
I’m on vacation and running out of space on my camera SDHC cards, backed up to my laptop with a 250GB hard drive, so I thought it would be easy to zip the 152GB, 6815 photos into 8 zips and then upload them to the 200GB Skydrive. There seems to be a 2GB limit on the size of each file that is uploaded directly. I did not want to backup my laptop because that limits me to just 250GB. My thought was that I could increase my storage space to 450GB, but that would be too easy.
Any help would be great and thanks for your time.

Previously my company was using Outlook.com as our email interface. We used it with custom domain. Currently we have transferred our domain to a new hosting company. I have sent the MX details to our hosting company and they said they have updated it.
But in my Admin Center it still shows pending DNS configuration. What can we do or ask our hosting company to do to solve this problem?
