I am trying to sign into my hotmail account. It says that I must use a security code. They want to text or call my home phone with it but I am out of the country so can't access it. If I choose the option of "I don't have these anymore" then how will
it want to get me the code? I am afraid to select that in case it will permanently lock me out. Please help. I need to get in my email. Thank you.
When I send emails to anyone they cannot see my profile picture,it just shows a blank picture.Also it doesn't show in there contact list in the PEOPLE section either.Lastly there are a few contacts in my list in People too that are not showing but blank
and some where I can see there pictures....can anyone help with this please?...THIS IS IN MY MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.COM ACCOUNT...the new version.
I have not been able to connect to Hotmail Now Outlook.com for 2 days. I get my homepage OK.
I have just installed Office 2010 Pro onto a Vista PC. I can't find any screen to set up my mail acct in Outlook. There is no "Mail" option on the Control Panel (as in XP) and none in the Outlook options. I'm stuck!
Have a couple of major issues that have been bothering me since yesterday:
1. laptop screen turns off every known again & then with a touch of mouse comes on .
2.most important: all emails from my inbox have disappeared.Have 3 separate email addresses in outlook:personal & 2 business ones. Only one of the business inboxes is affected.(most important now!)
Can anyone help?

Once I'm on a hotmail.com account, I have to reset or power down my computer to get to another one of my hotmail account. Can this be corrected?

I am not able to access my account due to the 2 step verification method. I no longer have the phone number associated with my second step security measure. I have tried the questionnaire password recovery method to only receive and email stating that
they ignore requests from accounts equipped with 2 step verification. I also called support and utilized online chat support and an online ambassador. The only option it is giving me to verify my account is to wait 30 days until I can use my email again to
verify that it is me accessing my account.
Is there another way to verify myself to the Microsoft Security in order to access my account and xbox live subscription?

i have tried to login my Microsoft account after awhile (probably been a year since i last logged in) but it says that i does not exist. I really have to access that account.
I have read some other topics and you suggested to make the same account again, but @windowslive.com domain is not in the dropbox so i cannot choose it.
Any other suggestions?
