Windows Live password

I want to use my old Windows Live password, but it won't let that happen. Can this be fixed?

Hello, 

I have a hotmail account for over 15 years (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that I use to communicate with some old friends. I used to access the email via www.hotmail.com. I did not log into he account for several months and when I tried today I noticed that www.hotmail.com and my account didn't exist anymore. I then created a new Microsoft account following the instructions and using the same email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) I had before thinking that my emails would automatically be there. To my surprise the mail box is empty. 

I have a lot of informations and contact details in that hotmail account. Can you please help me recover the data and put it in my "new account"?

I can’t access outlook PLEASE HELP!

I used my email address this morning and it was working fine. I use it on my phone as well as my computer. Then my phone said it failed to log in so I went on the website and it came up with this message

 

"Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment"

 

I have reset my password 3x's time but I no that the password isn't the problem. I have another Hotmail account which is working fine. I've checked the service status and everything is running fine.

 

PLEASE HELP! I use this email address for everything!

I was using my hotmail account then went out, when i came home i was got a message stating someone else is using your account. I reset the password with no joy and also submitted a form, where i was told it still wasn't me. now i have no idea what to do as i have had this same account for around 6 years and have provided as much information as i have to give. Please help

my email was working perfect yesterday & now getting above error !!!!! this is the most time ever in my life I want to access my email ; I'm waiting offer letter and dead line to sign is tomorrow !!!


I tried many browsers , PCs  ---> not working

 tried other account through my PC ---> ( working )

tried to reset password ----> password reset done ---> still (not working)

tried to change the security question and mobile verification code ----> not helping 

need urgent help !!!

I can’t access my account!

I have tried logging into my hotmail address but it says someone else is using the email. As i created the email over 8 years ago i cant remember the security question etc, and keeps saying it will take up to 24 hours for me to just get rejected again!

I have rung numerous people, spoke on online chat, been all over the microsoft website and found absolutely nobody who can help me, its ridiculous!!!

My hotmail emails in inbox and all other folders disappeared after switching to the new outlook interface. Please help me to restore them back?
