Microsoft sent me a message through my Hotmail: We need to make sure you can receive a security code if you ever lose access to this account. Where should be send you code? and it showed my yahoo account. I received the code through my yahoo account and could access my hotmail/outlook one. After that I changed my password TWICE. I can access my hotmail/outlook account now. But here is my question: does microsoft send such a message when hacking is suspected? Thing is that I have reasons to believe someone is trying to intesect my messages. PLEASE HELP

Have the Outlook on my Samsung Galaxy S4 but it's not sync'd with the computer.

If I work the email on my computer, I have to re-do everything on my phone and viceversa.

I called Microsoft and they told me to ask here, they didn't have an answer.

Anyone having the same problem?  How did you fix it?  The Outlook app only has 2 1/2 starts, doesn't seem to be rated well.

Thanks!

I have set up this new account so I can raise my issue. My account has been hacked and is now saying it doesn't exist, I need to access it ASAP as I have received details from other online accounts saying they have been compromised, pease please help.

Hello,

I have the free 7GB account and says i am using 4.93GBs of those 7GBs, but i can only account for 2.08GBs in the folders/files I currently have within my Skydrive. Are there other files/folders that Skydrive takes into account?

Thank you very much.

I recently dropped out of this community, more-or-less informally, when I began to perceive that the Forum Moderators, presumably representing Microsoft, do not actually *truly* care about the loss of 96% of my emails in my Inbox, immediately following the (unannounced) switch to Outlook.Com.   The platitudes, saying things like "We understand your frustration and are sorry for your loss, etc."  belie any sincere caring about the actual degree of loss.

For example, two days ago at approximately 4pm, I happened to notice that ALL my emails were now missing both from my Outlook Sent Folder AND my Outlook Inbox.  ALL OF THEM.   The only thing that remains is incoming mail.

Now, because I happen to LIKE the Outlook.Com interface, finding it extremely user-friendly and so forth, and I am not particularly enamored with the idea that I have to change my primary email address that I have been using since 2007, I just want to ask you: is there ANY chance I will retrieve these emails?   All the emails I sent to myself in order to save my work?   All the MP3's I attached to various emails, and saved nowhere else?   Much of the time, I have not even owned a personal computer.   But because I am an Artist and a Writer, I have saved MUCH work in a Sent Folder and an Inbox that until the year 2012 I have taken to be completely reliable.

So, you can imagine how great is the loss.  But these platitudes -- I really hope that if we do work together here, you guys will cut the niceties and just get real with me.   It's almost more annoying than the loss itself.  It's as though my entire house has burned down, I lost all my possessions -- and when the fire trucks arrived, all they did was say: "We're sorry about your loss, Mr. Pope."

It's ridiculous.   I will never believe that you guys are sorry or that you actually care.   Why should you?   At best, you are only doing your jobs.  So - I'll do my part here, and simply ask you: "NOW where are my emails?  Is there ANY chance I will get these back?  As in, EVER?"

If not, let's dispense with the private forums and all the other fol-de-rol.   I'll assume I use Outlook only at my own risk, since emails may disappear, henceforth, from any folder -- at any time.

A straight answer, please.  Or else I won't waste my time.  Thank you.

Why am I no longer getting color on my excel, and some internet pages with missing icons as well.  I also can not get pictures to attach on my email service.  Why?  How can I fix the problems?
