Windows Live Mail FAQ
Hello,
I'm on a Windows 7 Enterprise machine with Office 2013 and 478 files in my hard drive skydrive folder won't sync with the cloud. When I attempt to fix this issue I am asked to open each file and deal with the problem individually. When I try to open a file and upload it I select "Save and upload changes." Nothing happens, the file will still not upload.

My two hotmail accounts have been changed today and no longer work. I thought from the earlier email that the changes were optional not enforced.
a) it is no longer possible to view both email accounts at the same time, as it used to be. That was very convenient.
b) all my archive emails have gone. This is devastating.
c) only a few emails show at a time which means it is very difficult to trace older emails. I would like them all to show as they used to.
d) the Hotmail icon on my computer no longer takes me to my Hotmail account and I have to put in passwords via the internet which is cumbersome
Can anyone help with any of these problems? I can't find a way to contact the Microsoft team.
Problem started on Wednesday. I cannot receive any emails from domain @thebayonline.com
They can get my hotmail emails and I can receive gmail, aol...... but not their domain.
I do not get an error message. It does not kick back. I have checked settings with a microsoft support person, everything looks good. I have checked blocked lists and approved list of senders and receivers, all good.
