I have been trying to reset my password for several days now and it is not working. I go to sign in with my original email address:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***, than hit cant access my account, request an email for password reset. i get the email link to reset the password, i type in a new password, confirm new password and hut next at the bottom and then
get a page saying trouble with service, try again later. i've tried this numerous times! i made sure my computer is up to date and i've tried different internet browsers, but i still cannot reset my password.
I was previously being helped by mods but did not receive a response for a while. I was using one of the afflicted Outlook email accounts at the time and decided to use my hotmail account instead and create a new question so that I can have both afflicted
Outlook accounts remain deactivated. I want to have these two accounts closed IMMEDIATELY or at the earliest time possible, as if the email names were available for sign up. I will list the two afflicted email accounts in a private message if a mod chooses
to create it. Thank you for your assistance.
Sometimes I sign out of SkyDrive, leave the SkyDrive window open, then sign in again a few minutes later. When I do this, I'm always told my "session has timed out" and I have to sign in yet again. This is really annoying. The session has not "timed out", I signed out! Why does that happen? Can it be fixed?
I'm trying to send an email through teh Web, and it says Hotmail email is no longer supports (thi sI know). I'm using outlook.com as a replacement for my hotmail, but in teh browser, it says windows mail, and I can't seem to change it. Please jhelp??????
My subscription to Windows Live Hotmail Plus expired & so did my credit card but profile is blocked. How do I get into my Profile to update my credit card?

Why do pictures I've successfully synced to the online skydrive.com, not also appear inside the "SkyDrive Photos" tab within my computer's "Photos" tile? My computer's "SkyDrive Photos" area is empty and displays a message saying no photo or video files could
be found. It then directs me back to SkyDrive.com and asks that I put photos there first. The photos have been successfully synced there but for some reason they will not register under my computer's Photo tile-SkyDrive Photos tab.

I am using Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail. By accident, I put the cursor on "Go Offline" and am now offline. No matter how hard I try, I cannot go back Online.
I have asked the program to update the incoming messages, it asks me if I want to "
Go Online." I say "yes" but nothing happens....it does not change. Is there another way to go Online?
I see a lot of questions about this, but no answers, WLMM11 stopped video screen black, only sound, I cant figure this out. Please help!!
