Cannot send email to live.com and hotmail.com‏

We have difficulties in sending email to @live.com domain (as well as @outlook.com and @hotmail.com). Every time sending an email to those accounts under @live, @outlook and @hotmail it send bounce back message as follow:

Email – Changing Primary Alias – What happens to former primary alias?

Several months ago, I wanted to make a new primary alias (log-in address) for my Hotmail account (now Outlook), and then delete the former primary alias. But that option was not available. Yesterday, I looked at the section about "create alias," and it seems possible now. Is it true, that I can create a new alias, make it my primary alias (log-in address), and then delete the former primary alias (log-in address)? If so, what happens to the mail sent to my former primary/log-in address, after I've deleted it? I have hesitated to create a whole new account, simply because there is so much involved with doing all that. I would rather, for simplicity, keep my current account and make a new primary/log-in address, delete my former primary/log-in address, and never receive mail from people who send to my former primary (and secondary) aliases. Does the mail sent to the former address go into the junk folder, or does it never arrive at all in my account? What I would like even more is an online service that I can log into with a user name (that is not an email address) and then have email aliases to use within the program. That way, I never risk sending any mail from my log-in/account user name. Would someone who understands this subject please explain it to me (without using many high-tech words)? thanks.

When I double click on the To icon it brings up all of my contacts. Actually it only shows 5 off them. When select the 5th one it will show the next one in the list. Is there a way that it can show all of them so I can scroll through the list? Basically I want to be able to have the contact list function the same as it did in hotmail. Is it possible for me to scroll through all of my contacts at once? Or can I only go through them one name at a time?

Missing folders

 I was wondering if there was a way the team could investigate my account for the reason I am missing two Folders as well. I have noticed the missing folders before but I did not think it was much of a problem. It is a problem now due to a hacker removing data from a game forum I use. If email and farther information needed, please private message me.

3 days ago, I tried to access my email, was told I needed a code. There was supposed to be a code sent to my phone by text, I still have not received it. I then tried getting it sent to my facebook, still haven't received it there, either. When can I expexct a code, now required by whoever now owns my email account? This is where all of my bills are sent, and banking information as well. I have done my part, when can I expect you to do yours? There are now only 3 days left.
