I am trying to update my Credit Card because it expired and it keeps giving me the message " We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect - On 10/9/2013 we'll delete you old security info ---- does anyone know how long it will take to update
or anyway we can get the billing page to update it before I lose any storage or anything gets deleted. Wish this was a easy process----

I do not have a way to reset the password for a member account under my domain. Can I delete the user and then recreate it with the same name as way to solve this problem? I thought there would be an option to simply reset the password on the member
accounts, but all that it shows is view and delete. When view is selected it shows the account creation date and offers an option to delete the account. No options are shown to reset the password.

I'm trying to recovery my old hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) because my Xbox Live account is asking me to verify my email address and password (which I don't know). Xbox live requires this information to update the security on the Xbox profile. I've tried to recover my account by entering the security question, sent subjects, list of email addresses i've sent emails too, folders i've created, old password's, (i can still access the email account from my iPhone) but no luck. Microsoft rejected my recovery request and to be honest, i can't think of any additional information to add. Can there be another way to resolve this?

For some strange reason Skydrive for my Mac will not finish syncing. I've tried deleting the Dkydrive folder and letting it redownload all of my files, but it stops on the last 7 Mbs or so. Any ideas on how I could go about fixing this?

The links within the email are not active. I cannot click on the link and go to the link URL or destination.
The same link in gmail turns blue and when I click on it I am routed to the destination of the link.
The link in outlook does not turn blue and is not active. I have to copy and paste the link for it to work.
Any solutions?
