Hello, About an hour ago, I added one of my other hotmail accounts to be an alias to my primary account. The inbox and all email folders to my "alias" hotmail account are now completely gone and when I log in using either alias there are no emails.
I was not warned that I would lose my emails!!! I can see that the 2 accounts are now linked as aliases but I can't see the emails from my alias account, no matter which account I log into.
There are many years of emails linked to that hotmail account which are now gone. Please help me fix this as soon as possible !
Before I had 47GB of storage in my SkyDrive but after installing Office 365, it went down to 25GB. I had expected to get another 25 GB with my Office subscription. Can anyone help?
I have had an msn account since forever. I only noticed today that I have not recieved any emails since October 31. I can send emails, but I acnnot recieve. I have had various people on other systems send me emails but they do not arrive. I use this

Hi, when I try to send a new email I would usually click on the "To" button and the entire list of my contacts would pop up.
Recently however, when I click on "To", only a few of my contacts will appear and these are not the frequent contacts that I use.
In fact, they are contacts which I have not used in a while!
I have tried clicking on the "People" tab, and when I do, all my contacts are all visible. However when I return to Outlook
and try creating a mail again, the same problem persists.
Could the problem be related to the recent phone sync that I did between the "email" app on my Samsung Galaxy S3, whereby
I had synced the contacts? (Note that I have since deleted my hotmail account from my phone "email" app, but the problem
still persists when I try clicking "to" when using my laptop.
How do I get all the contacts to be viewed when I click the "To" button?
Please help.

I am very computer-challenged and just need someone to reassure me that all this personal info (including DOB, address, passwords, etc...) that I'm being asked to forward is legitimately from OUTLOOK and not some scam artist.
I received an e-mail (in french) from Outlook (I think) saying I risk losing my e-mails - if I don't answer within 48 hours .
(I have hotmail.ca and a hotmail.com e-mail accounts).
Since it took me a very long time to find this forum and hopefully add this question in the right place - I ask that you reply to my e-mail address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) - otherwise I may never find your reply. Pls. keep it simple as I don't know all the techie lingo - and I'm not a kid.

Hi - I'm having problems with mail forwarding to hotmail. Mails are leaving Dreamhost servers and not arriving in my hotmail....Are they being blocked? There's nothing in my junk folder. They forward fine to other (non-hotmail) addresses.

Does anyone have thoughts on when I log into my e-mail i can get to my inbox, but can not open anything. It says "done with errors on page".
I tried to add an alias email address as a secondary address which i thought I had done successfully. Outlook then refreshed my inbox, deleting every single message and contact. I have no back up, no contacts, no email addresses, everything was saved in
there because I also have a windows phone which takes all the contacts from that list. I am totally stuck and don't know what to do. Please help me someone?
Over the last few days I've noticed that my messages look fine onscreen when I'm typing them, but when I read them in my Sent file, they're full of code. Are my recipients seeing this? And how do I correct it? I'm on a Mac.
I had a Vista box, 3 Hotmail accounts using the live mail client.
YOU "upgraded" 2 of those to outlook.com, which changed nothing at all in the live mail client. the 3rd one was NOT "upgraded".
the vista box died hard. now I have a win8.1 box.
YOU decided to FORCE me into using my msn as my machine login, in order to help the NSA and your evil marketers poke their noses into my affairs.
the address NOT "upgraded" is perfectly accessible in you mail app, no problem.
the 2 addresses that WERE "upgraded" appear to no longer be accessible by anything in existence. they cannot be added to my outlook.com page. they cannot be setup as alternate accounts on m machine, because you only give me one of your FRAUDULENT "error messages" that only tell my I can't log in, no reason WHY at all. just sneering at your betters.
so, this "upgrade" has effectively STOLEN t6hose 2 Hotmail accounts from me. how do I get them in outlook.com? how do I get them in any other client? why can't I log into them as separate accounts?
