I currently have email through two custom domains ([AAA].com & [BBB].com) that are hosted with Google. I'd like to switch over to using Outlook.com for my email. I previously had setup Outlook with the BBB.com domain at domains.live.com. I'd also like to use *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my primary Microsoft account alias. When I logged in as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to add this as an alias and switch it over to be the primary, I couldn't add it. The error given was something like "this account already exists." I had assumed that because I already had the Outlook service setup for BBB.com, I wasn't going to be able to add that address as an alias and use it as my primary alias. So I shut down the Outlook service, and moved BBB.com back to Google for the time being. However, I still can't add BBB.com as an alias to my account. Long story short… how can I setup *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the primary account alias for my Microsoft account, as well as use Outlook.com for my email hosting? (I'd like to stop using Google completely, so I don't want to use forwarding or POP access to get the mail.)

I need to recover some important messages from a specific person that I deleted about 6-7 months ago. They are no longer in deleted folder because it was emptied numerous times and these messages are very important to me for a court case. Attorney said that messages are recoverable up to few years but the only way to get them is through Microsoft support.
Tried to contact Live support but was suggest to sign up for Hotmail plus, after I did so, found out there was no member customer service for subscribed members as was explained. After contacting Live support second time, was suggested to post a message here for help. Please help, trial is in few weeks and not much time left.

My son couldn't get on xbox live until he went through some 2 step verification. Now I can't receive emails from my hot mail account on my phone. My phone company says it's because of this 2 step verification. How can I cancel this or fix it so I can still
receive email through my android phone?
After MCN updated Hotmail to Outlook, we have been unable to attach documents. When attaching the document to an e-mail, the document acts like it's going to attached but then we get an error message, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". I've tried all your suggestions but still not working. Our Sliverlight is up to date and I have tried clearing my browser many times. I am currently on a PC, my browser is IE10, Window 7 professional edition. Is there a setting not turn on? I don't know what steps to try next. HELP.
I tried to restore deleted emails (that were somehow deleted yesterday morning, along with the entire POP folder) but they are not getting restored. In reading a similar post, it said that recently deleted emails can be recovered. Are my emails gone now? Many of them were flagged, because I had an action item related to those emails to follow up.
Please advise as to how I can restore the emails that were deleted yesterday or how to restore my email account to a previous day/time or some other workaround.
I deleted my outlook account by mistake and i have important emails with this account how do i get them back?
In mid-August, I was moving files around in my SkyDrive account. I would select all files or a subfolder then move them to a new folder. I waited for confirmation that SkyDrive that files had been moved. I then went to the empty folder to delete it.
After some research, it turns out that the files had not yet completed moving, so deleting the folder actually deleted the files and subfolders inside them.
I've searched my entired SkyDrive for those files, and they are nowhere to be found. I have also already checked the recycle bin and none of those folders were there, as they are past the 3-day window. I've read elsewhere that MS keeps files for 30 days,
though it's not visible in the Recycle Bin. Is it possible to restore to a previous state in SkyDrive?
