Whenever i try to login to my domain email made in domains.live.com it gives me a message telling me that my account it closed! I would like you please to tell me the rule i broke and caused my account to be closed so i try my best to not doing it again.
i'm using this email for my business and the account closure stopped my business.
I have one client that sends maybe half dozen emails in small space of time, and they start bouncing back to her and says my mailbox is full. It's been happening quite a bit. But it also happens to anyone else who send me several emails within, say, a
half hour. I have a good account, paid extra to delete ads and have over 200G on Skydrive. Can this be fixed or do I just have to tell clients not to send me too many emails all at once. Other than that I love outlook.com and abandoned my gmail account for

I just upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. When I try to save a file I get the following message: There was a problem signing you in to Skydrive. Please go to PC Settings to check info for your Microsoft account. I never had a problem saving prior
to this upgrade. I remember that during the upgrade I was asked to allow saving to Skydrive, which I accepted. What must I do to be able to save files?

Under the family safety website, can I check my parent's email from my email?
Or is it only possible if I send a support request to Microsoft so that they can help me check?
Because when I logged in to my email into the family safety website, they prompted me this message. -> "You need to be signed in with a parent's account to make changes on the Family Safety website."
I have been searching for a way to find the email but still can't find anything.
I don't have an xbox console at home so I couldn't make use of the suggested methods from the xbox live forums.
P.S. My parent forgot the email address used while setting up the family safety feature.
P.P.S This problem is related to the WP8 Store, prompting to accept the ToS at windowsphone.com, I got this problem a few days ago when I went into the store to check for updates for my applications.

I have spent the last 45 minutes calling Microsoft support for an issue with Outlook 2010. We installed it, had an issue opening the calendar. After trying to troubleshoot the issue myself for quite some time, I called support. So far (and still holding)
they transferred me through 6 different people and no one has helped me. This is ridiculous.
I just added an lesser used hotmail account to my most-used hotmail account as an alias. However it deleted all my messages from the lesser used hotmail account! help! It didn't say it would delete anything! I would like my emails back!

Hi - I am not able to view my saved emails in the folders I created in my Hotmail / Outlook account.
I need to access those saved emails urgently.
I see from the many people who asked the same question that there are many of us experiencing the same issue.
Can someone please help provide a solution quickly?
FYI, I am not trying to access the emails from a mobile device and I use my Outlook everyday.

I cannot reset my password on my phone, it only shows email from before I reset my password on pc. I have a Samsung Galaxy Reverb digital phone. I have outlook email on it. Someone tried to hack my "Hotmail" my Galaxy email used to work but as of Oct 23rd 2013, it stopped updating and only has emails prior to my changing the password via my pc. I can access my email. But VirginMobileUSA my carrier says to ask Microsoft if I need to replace my phone. I deleted the Hotmail from the phone, restored it and no luck still only old emails no new ones.
Then with Carrier's assistant tried to reset IMAP settings still no updates. The phone appears to retain the old password and is not resetting, nor going to a screen to change password and verify password. So I need to know how to correct update the digital Galaxy phone with the new current password.
Or must I replace the phone which my carrier will do?
