Hello everyone,
I work for consulting company and we are opening new to the 365 Office concept. I have set up a team site for our company were we can all exchange files and have access to whatever folder we are synced to. This is all working fine n' dandy till I started on another companies site. I have set up 1 team site for the small company with multiple folders ranging from administrator's folder to remote site folders.

Now here is the issue: I would like to be able to control (preferably by group) who has access to parent folders as well as sub-folders. I have make (under users and groups in skydrive site) distribution lists (which typically are for e-mail.) Is there a way to make security groups? I am using the web interface as of right now. I have googled ALOT but Skydrive/Sharepoint/365 seem to change quite often. So far I noticed a very jagged permissions system if you click, "...." in a folder then "Advanced" then monkey around till you find manage permissions. My distribution lists see to show up in this but I have no way of editing individual folders/sub-folders. It just seems like a pain to figure out, I can edit what permissions each distribution list has (full control, edit, write, ect) just as a general permissions for the entire group. How to I apply these permissions with a security group and apply them for parent folders and sub-folders or even how do I control them on a per-person permission basis? The folders are all hosted on 1 site.

Thanks,
-Michael

Hello,

I am the admin of http://theclunkerjunker.com. We use Outlook.com under a custom domain for email.  I have a user who needs their email password reset but I don't see the option to do so from the domains control panel.

Is there a way to do this with Outlook? If not, what options do I have for someone who can't log into their account?
can send out but not receive email through add free outlook.com

My office is having issues receiving e mails through multiple outlook.com accounts. This has occurred even after upgrading some accounts to add free outlook.

When i log into my hotmail on my galaxy tablet, nit has changed within a space of 2 hours.  I could see it perfectly as i can kn a p c, but now it just lists the emails, which i can't open and there is no option to  change the view or anything.  I have installed outlook but nothing has changed.mplease can you help me get it back to normal.
Thnak you
Hi,

I recently sent an email to a little over 200 email address in the Outlook Web App. Now that I have access to creating the create a group option I want to know if I can create a group with these same emails without having to add them all manually. I know you could simply copy and paste in older versions of Outlook but that does not seem to be the case in this new version.

Thanks!
I don't want Skydrive at all. How to get rid of it? Go back to Windows 7? What happens when that is not supported? Find another OS?
Meantime, I can't print anything directly from a browser. Has to go through Skydrive? This requires so many steps that take too much time.
I cannot sign in on any device. I have been using the same email and password for 4 years so I know I have the right details! I haven't changed any passwords or changed emails and haven't recently updated anything. I can't seem to reset my password on the log in screen either? Someone please help!
