Last week, I started to receive delivery failure messages for two of my regular contacts. They use the same ISP. They have contacted their ISP who says it is a problem at the Hotmail end. The failure message says "unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server". This has only just started happening, and there have been no known changes at either end. Why is this happening?
Hi,

Please help.

I've created a Skydrive folder (\Dropbox) and made it both 'Public' & Created a Link as 'View & Edit'. However unless I am Signed-In, I can't upload files to the folder via either created Link. I want for myself and other friends (& friends of friends who are not my friends) to be able to Upload, Download, View & Edit (incl. Delete) files in to this folder.

The folder \Dropbox. My e = neilevans_mudie at hotmail dot com. I created the Links using the Sharing menu from using IE8 (8.0.6001.N) on Windows XP SP3.

This problem has forced me to become a 'Dropbox' customer but I desperately want to continue an effective usage of MS Skydrive since I am long-term MS Windows, MS Hotmail.com & Skydrive.live.com user!

I've read quite a lot of the forum threads and they usually end up with a support call to yourselves & an product specialist from MS 'fixing' the problem by tinkering either with the user account or Skydrive folder/files.

Look forward to hearing back from you and resolving my issue.

If you need to contact me directly please do so on my email (neilevans_mudie at hotmail dot com)

Regards, Neil (Evans-Mudie)

how do I retrieve the add to contacts tab , to my emails as I removed it some how when I clicked it , it disappeared  from the top of the email how do I get it to return to all my emails.
Hi, I checked my email today and the contents of my inbox have been wiped! It is my personal business email and has vital information for me. I have some of my recent emails but all of my emails prior and years past are all gone!

I tried using the recovery tool and it didn't work. I have no idea what happened to my emails.
across the top of all my outlook emails there are tabs -like schedule clean-up newsletters add to favourites, I wanted to add an email to that list ,but when I clicked on the add to fav tab it disappeared how do I get the fav tab back on my emails .
– I'm seeking to recover one email  gift card voucher. I haven't been using this email frequently thus hotmail deleted it. However I had one email with a gift voucher I would like to use. I have today recreated the same email address, however as one might expect, the previous stash of emails was not waiting to greet me in my new inbox.  Please advise how I might go about recovering the emails which were saved in this account.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Your help is much appreciated,

Thanking for beforehand.
The scorched earth approach Microsoft is taking with the Outlook.com Smartcreen isn't working.  I need the ability to forward e-mail from my customers to my Outlook.com address.  It seems like instead of just putting email that Outlook.com thinks are spam in the "junk" folder, it simply rejects them.  I have tried from a number of e-mail addresses, some get through, some don't.

Whatever, the thing that seems to be the dealbreaker is -

All emails from all of my domains are either being collected in the "junk" folder, or sent back with the following message:

How do I fix this?

I do not want to add my LinkedIn contacts to my phone contacts to my Skype contacts, how do I do to manage my contacts as I desire?

My status is commonly Invisible. Why it is setup as Available when I open my Hotmail account?

This is a very profound privacy issue, that MS is ignoring. Since my LinkedIn contacts are now also my Whatsapps contacts, and so for and so on, I am using less and less of these resources. I am thinking very seriously on cancelling my Hotmail account.
