I have a Report.wer log, so where can I send it?
I cannot fully instal the skydrive. I have the latest version, but it want update anyway and then it crashesh.
After the upgrade from winows 8 to windows 8.1 my skydrive is stuck with the refresh icon to my files. After that when i go to place a new file to my skydrive the file isn't synching to the cloud. Please help me i have some very important personal files.

Hi I am trying to register an email address to a new microsoft account (my wifes email address) and I get the error "This email address is part of a reserved domain such as live.com, hotmail.com, or msn.com. Please enter a different email address."
I have my email address registered on a microsoft account ok and we are both on the same domain, mine is fine, can you please let us know what we need to do to get this email address registered. the domain name our email addresses are part of is @bigpond.com.

Someone sent me an email that had photos included with the text.
When I click 'Reply,' it still shows the photos but I cannot click 'X' on the photos or right-click on the photos in order to delete them.
How do I remove the photos so they are not included with each subsequent response or do the photos have to be included with each response?

For the last two months, I have not been able to log on to my email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I know I am using the correct pass word. I have followed all procedures to log on but in vein. I have used the security answer and filled forms many times. Almost every
day I fill the form and send it to MS but they don't reply. I have made a telephone call to them. they told me to go to ms support, which doesn't have any solution. So what can I do?
I think the only choice I have left is to go to court to force Microsoft to let me to log on my e.mail.
Please advice me if there is other ways to solve this problem before go to the court to force ms to help me to log back to my email.

Any emails sent from Hotmail to our domain are not being received; the sending user receives an email from the Hotmail postmaster stating "Delivery Status Notification (Failure) - Delivery to the following recipients failed."
We are not blocking any emails and all other domains can send emails to our domain just fine.
Can you please guide me as what this could be?

I own a custom domains account and one of my domains (unicefoncampuslincoln.co.uk) is giving me issues. We are a university society for the UNICEF International charity. We hold fundraising events in the city of Lincoln. We have a mailing list of 264 people
(at the time of writing). We use a custom coded software to send out emails regarding our event announcements (usually 2 emails per week). All of the people in this list OPTED IN to receiving mail.
However, our accounts are restricted to 100 emails per day, meaning we have to send 100 from the first account, 100 from another and 64 from another. This is only the case if the accounts in question havent already been replying to mail that day, if they've
already been replying to regular email then we sometimes have to use 4 accounts. Sometimes when sending these mails, outlook see's "suspicious activity", even though the emails are being sent form the same IP they usually are, and locks the account. This is
rather annoying because it causes our software to spit dozens of 251 or 250 errors back, and requires us to login to the account on a browser and re-activate it, to the continue to send emails.
Is there any way we can have the limit increased? 100 emails is not very many at all. Also given that the emails are sent to the same group of accounts (albeit some are added every time) I would have thought the system would realise.
