My husband died over 4 years ago and I could do without the constant reminders of dozens of junk emails every time I switch the computer on. Any advice welcome, thanks.

Getting the message "The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address." when I try to log into
anything requiring my microsoft account. I am the sole user of the microsoft account in question.
I will PM the affected address when required. Need access for skype etc.!

When I send an email to my own inbox it seems to get in to a loop and continue resending it constantly. This fills up my outbox and uses all of my data allowance. How can I stop this? I've checked and it isn't a 'rule' that I can find that's making this
happen - it's been going on for weeks and weeks.

I recently created a live.com email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) to set up a Microsoft Account for my new Nokia Lumia mobile phone. However, I accidentally added the days date into the DOB tab instead of my DOB (29th Sept 1967). It is now asking me get my email
address verified by an adult before I can access the account.
Without undertaking this parental verification step, I am unable to get into the account settings in order to modify my DOB details on the account or delete the account. My phone has automatically used this email address in my Microsoft Account and as
I cannot modify or delete the account I am unable to download any aps until I complete the parental verification stage.
I tried contacting a live assistant but they were unable to help. I would be very grateful if you were able to resove this issue.

I have just set up a new hotmail address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) with my correct DOB in order to undertake the parental verification but when trying to complete this task, the following error message is appearing;
"Our system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

Hi,
I am receiving a mail from sender which is in HTML format and have many HTML links in the mail body. But I can't able to see that contents whereas the same mail in MS Outlook is visible perfectly.
We tried select view & Message in HTML from the menu but it is also grey out short key Alt-Shift-H.
Please help.

I posted a previous question as I had trouble downloading/installing Outlook Connector which is now resolved as is now showing as installed.
However I'm being incredibly thick here but how do I use the connector and configure or set up a sync calendar using it? Step by step please as other discussions say follow the auto-set up but so far none has been available even when I check add new account??

I have recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 8 operating system and re-installed my Outlook 2010 (32 Bit) but cannot find any way to import or sync mt hotmail calendar with my outlook. I have a windows phone which is great but I need to be able to sync calendars.
I have tried to download the Outlook Connector but it will not download saying not supported by operating system.
Has any body a solution please?

I purchased 100gb or space, making a total of 107gb, but my system keeps saying I am out of space. When I check "manage storage" it says I have 106gb of free space. How can I fix this? Also, how is the best way to upload folders of documents to skydrive? I have tried and it seems to want items one document at a time?
