Until recently, when I opened Outlook Express to view emails, no password was requested. For the past several months, 9 out of 10 times I try to download new emails I have been asked to provide my password. I type in the password (correctly !!) but 8 out of 10 times it will not recognize the password as valid.
For the past two weeks, it has rejected my password EVERY time. What ????? And how can this be rectified ??

I just sent out some emails and looking at the messages after I sent them, I noticed the layout had changed.
Two paragraphs were glued together into one paragraph (my blank line disappeared), and there was an extra blank line between my final sentence and my signature.
I asked one recipient to check the email on his end, and lo and behold, the fonts had changed too!!
How can I fix this/prevent this from happening again. It is very upsetting, because I sent these emails to a company (not to a friend) and my emails look very unprofessional!!
