i am not receiving reset passwords from a website,i really need to reset my password as soon as possible,it says they have sent me an email,but when i go check to see, there is no emails from them,can someone please please fix this

I realize that Skype chat feature has been rolled out on my account. But unfortunately, I'm able to use Skype chat only in the messaging pane of SkyDrive page. In the messaging pane at SkyDrive page, it shows Skype's icon at the bottom, next to "Connected To". While it's not there in the messaging pane of Outlook.com, People, or Calendar page.
My language is set to English (US). But if I change the language of my account to English (UK), then Skype chat starts working on Outlook.com and People page too, but still not on Calendar. Even if I set Calendar language to English (UK), Skype chat won't work on it.
I think it's some issue with my account and not region/language's fault, cause I have one more Microsoft Account with same language and region set as this one, and Skype chat is working properly in that account on all the 4 pages (Outlook.com, People, Calendar, SkyDrive).
Please solve this issue.

i have a hotmail account that i can not access as it is saying it looks like somone else is using your account. i have filled the form in several times and it says unable to verify. i have opened an outlook account as it told me and I want to add my hotmail
emails to this new account so that I can have access to all the important info from there in my new account but it keeps showing that it looks like you are trying to add another outlook account with pop. please help
