I have been unable to sign in to my hotmail account - I created a new account so I could access this forum.
The alternate email address I had listed is no longer in use. I filled out the questionaire and they sent me the following email:

When I click on the link I get the following message: There's a temporary problem
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.
I have waited. I have tried again later. I have filled out the form again (4 times). I continue to get he same email with the same link with the same outcome.
I want to know how to fix this.
