I've entered my friends full Skype details but they can't be found, I've even sent my contacts via my real Skype account to my Skype-messenger account, however the contacts just show up as a question mark and can't be contacted.
When I log into Skype using my messenger account, I can only add local(UK) Skype contacts, my contacts in China and Australia can't be found why?
I don't use it at all and I keep getting messeges popping up on my start page. If I delete my messenger account, does it affect my Hotmail email account?
I have same issue, I can merge MSN contact to Skype sucessful and I can IM with my frineds, after a day, I re-login again, my MSN contact is lost/disappeared, even I login in MSN the contact is empty?
Today (the next day I posted my question), I can see msn contacts in Skype but all of them are blocked, I go to the page of blocked listing, just found 2 of them and both of these blocked contacts can't be unblocked?
Please help!

when logging into Microsoft messenger- the username is not mine. I don't know this name: kermitthefrog(2). What should I do?

I have been using Messenger for some time to access my Hotmail Plus account. Messenger opens when I open the computer - then I click on the Hotmail icon to open Hotmail without ID or password. It appears that this capability has diappeared as well as the
notification that I have new email.
I do not use Messenger for sending instant messages, nor do I have an interest in doing so. Is Skype strictly for voice, text messaging and webcam? There is reference to Outlook.com appears to have the same problem of having to enter ID and password each time.
For now, it appears that I should just use Internet Explorer to access my email>
